If you’ve finished our beginner’s course or have a basic grasp of climbing safety (including techniques like the figure eight knot, harness set up, and climbing with top rope), this could serve as your ideal following step. This clinic, lasting four hours, commences with a brief refresher of the aforementioned skills. Next, it offers you comprehensive training in belaying at the conventional ground school. Maybe you have some experience belaying at a climbing gym, using only a grigri? This could serve as an excellent platform for you to broaden your belaying tactics and skills, enabling you to understand the principles operating in a belay system better.
