Our professional crew will educate, inspire, keep you safe and show you an unforgettable time. We strive to instill in our guests a respect and understanding about sharks as well as the surrounding ocean. It is our hope that not only will you have a great interaction with sharks, but that this experience will mean something beyond.
On the way out, check out the local sites out such as Lover’s Beach and The iconic Arch. Our shark sites are a convenient 30 min boat ride away. During whale season we even have time for whale watching! Have all your questions answered in an informative briefing of everything shark. Once in the water, you will have time to swim with sharks, the duration of the experience depends from how long the sharks want to stay around. The tour is led by professional and trained shark guides, PADI certified instructors with many years of experience in shark diving and snorkeling activity worldwide.

Additional Information
Experience the emotion and adrenaline to swim/snorkel safely out of a cage with pelagic sharks (depending on the season: blue sharks, silky sharks, mako, or smooth hammerheads). Other incredible ocean wildlife can be encountered in the pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean such as dolphins, turtles, sea lions, and even humpback whales (in season).
- Be at least 12 years old and in case of a minor to be accompanied by an adult
- For Freediving and Snorkeling no certification required
- Signing the responsibility waiver
- Good physical condition - Basic swimming skills - Tolerant to long periods on a boat
- Avoid wearing yellow, silver, white and red.
- No shiny things, jewelry, etc.

Incredible experience. Friendly and professional, safety is a priority, but so much fun. Nik shares a lot of information about many types of sharks, he is very knowledgeable and entertaining.

great and unforgettable experience ever - this is my first time dive with cabo shark dive team in Baja, during the few days of the trip we had close encounter with whales, sea lions and many different of sharks, it was the most breathtaking trip i have ever experienced, the staffs are very professional, they share their fund of knowledge of these creatures to help us understand more about how they behave and identification tips of different species. we had a very great time on the boat and in the water every day,Baja will definitely on my "must go again"list and will go with cabo shark dive team for sure.

Amazing! - The whale shark snorkel was amazing! It was so cold that day, but you have to swim fast to keep up with the sharks so you do eventually warm up! Just bring some warm things for the boat ride (end of January). The trip was very well organized and communication was great. Pick up went smoothly. We stopped at the sister shop in La Paz and our guide from that shop and dive cabo were both incredibly knowledgeable! The operation to see the sharks puts their wellbeing at the forefront which I really prefer. Much more ethical than other locations around the globe. I would absolutely recommend book with cabo shark dive!

Book Cabo Shark Dive for Unforgettable Experiences and Photos - We booked a day trip to La Paz to snorkel with whale sharks through Cabo Shark Dive and we are so glad we did! The booking process was seamless and the information provided was thorough. Best tour in Cabo! - WOW best tour we have done in Cabo! Our guide Pepe was so knowledgeable and funny and he made sure everyone was able to see our beautiful blue shark and be comfortable throughout the activity. Plus he took amazing photos that he shared with all of us as well! The entire crew was so professional and made the day super special for everyone! Gracias por todo!!! :)

Amazing experience swimming/snorkeling with Blue Sharks - Wonderful experience snorkeling with sharks. We saw two large blue sharks in the afternoon. You'll need some patience to wait for the sharks to come and fortunately we had two that were hungry! The Captain and our guide, Pepe were awesome. Really passionate about their work and took care of everyone.
I got seasick on the ride back, but the experience was worth it. I hope we'll get the photos/videos that Pepe took and will try to contact the office to get his email address.

Pure magic - This trip was so worth it! Our captain and guide were knowledgeable about the whole area. We saw hump back whales, dolphins, and bait balls and it was pure magic! We will definitely be coming back!

Knowledge instructor, bad day to do the tour - The day we went we couldn't enjoy the tour as expected, the lack of current and wind didn't help. We just stayed in the water floating for hours and nothing appeared other than a few whales and dolphins, which can be easily seen at any whale watching tour

Disappointing - I wish they would tell you upfront what the chances you have of actually seeing sharks. I would like to know what their percentage is. They make it very clear it’s not 100% to make you sign a bunch of paperwork. It was really rough out and we spent 3 1/2 hours on the boat and only one small Sark showed up and didn’t stay very long. I know that’s not their fault the crew seem to work hard, but we had a 1:30 departure, and didn’t leave the marina till after two. I’m not sure if they were delayed on purpose because two more people showed up or that’s just normal operations. We did see some humpback whales and dolphins, but we could’ve gone on a whale charter and seen those in a lot less time for a lot cheaper.
