    In this adventure you will hike across the deep desert canyon of San Dionisio and explore this Natural Reserve’s rivers, waterfalls and all of its magical surroundings! Followed by the most delicious and authentic regional Mexican lunch cooked at a Local’s Family Ranch!

This adventure is intended to take you far away from the busy turistic attractions of Los Cabos, and into the natural wildlife of the surrounding regions to enjoy a more unique, and authentic experience.

We do a fun guided hike through the canyon where you can observe and learn about the flora and wildlife of the region, there are diferent trails to choose from to fit your level of dificulty and length. Then we can relax, swim, and refresh ourselves in the river and waterfalls of the canyon.

The authentic mexican lunch offers delicious regional tacos with fresh hand made tortillas, guacamole, rice, beans & fresh juice. Vegan options available. Special Margaritas also available upon request for an extra charge. Plus delicious regional craft ice cream tasting for dessert!

Selection of hiking trails of varying distances and complexities are available. From leisurely short strolls to more rigorous and extensive treks. We have a trail to suit all abilities.
Our adept guides place a high emphasis on security to ensure a secure yet entertaining and satisfying experience throughout the whole expedition.

Essential points to consider:

*The overall duration of the excursion is 7 hours, inclusive of travel time (about 1.5 hours each way depending on the location of your hotel). It is a somewhat lengthy drive but a truly scenic and enjoyable journey!

*Vegan meal options are also available for lunch.

Do not skip this adventure! - This was one of our favorite activities. Max was a fantastic guide providing history and stories to make the drive seem shorter and interesting/fun stops along the way. The hike is challenging but fun, and the pools, beautiful canyon and waterfalls are well worth the hike. It was a full day with great food, exercise and relaxation all in one activity. Highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!

Should be renamed "GREAT" Trips! - Wow! A truly unexpected and unique experience. Max was an amazing guide! Specifically, he was completely attentive, courteous, and made the overall experience even more pleasurable. The added bonuses to include the stop at the Tropic of Cancer and the adjacent ice cream shop with its 40 flavors made the trip even better! Have already booked the Todos Santos Magic Town excursion for our return in March. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A good day with Max - Max is super interesting and great host. We spent a day with him. It was a long day but really nice. He picked us up at our hotel and we went north of the airport to hike up to some waterfalls. It was a good change of pace from lounging on the beach. Max know the area well and we felt very safe with him. We decided to skip the local place near the hike and go to Flora Farms for lunch. Max helped with the advance reservation and ate with us. Again, just an interesting guy and Flora Farms was fantastic.

Great way to experience the outskirts of Los Cabos - My wife and I booked this excursion. We were pleasantly surprised to find out it was a private tour when our guide, Max, picked us up at our hotel. He was flexible with our preferred schedule and was a pleasure to talk with. His English is excellent, and he'll cater the activities to your preference and ability. We opted for two hikes; while not long, the terrain could be challenging for some. The trails are not well-maintained and involve some walking up and down rocks and boulders so having shoes with good traction is recommended. We didn’t swim in the river, but it was beautiful and inviting. The farm lunch was tasty and highlighted some of the farm’s own ingredients. It was a treat to enjoy fresh, homemade tortillas made by our host family. On the drive back, we stopped for an ice cream and photo op at the Tropic of Cancer. We highly recommend Max as a guide if you want to venture off the beaten path and enjoy the area’s natural beauty.

Amazing experience - This was so much fun!! The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable, real cool guy. The hike was so beautiful and not too challenging! Lunch afterwards was the BEST fish tacos I've ever had! This is definitely a must when visiting Cabo!!!

Fantastic time with a great guide! - We had 11 people and all of us had an amazing time. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Cabo. Max was a wonderful guide who made sure we were entertained and having a good time. We enjoyed the hike through the river quite a bit. Some of us were nervous about the difficulty level but it wasn't bad at all. The lunch was also so special and delicious. Everything was fresh made and grown right there. We also got to tour the beautiful farm and see all their daily activities. It was topped off by perfect delicious ice cream. We highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful hike and delicious food - This was a wonderful experience! The hike along the river was very fun and our guide Max was knowledgeable and friendly plus he speaks perfect English and Spanish. The nature and rock formations are absolutely astonishing. The lunch at the local ranch was the best & most authentic food we had all trip! Definitely recommend it if you are in Los Cabos and want to get away from the busy tourist traps. 10/10 We will definitely check out the other tours they offer next year when we are back in Cabo.
