Throughout the class Jorge Cuervo will personally teach you about the history, development process, as well as the varieties of tequila, you’ll get to know what makes authentic tequila, train your palate to appreciate it, and show you how to drink like a true Mexican.

Unforgettable journey into the heart of tequila. - If you’re a tequila lover (or even just curious about it), this experience is an absolute must! Jorge’s passion and generational expertise bring the story of tequila to life, from its rich history to the evolving techniques behind its creation. I walked away with a deeper appreciation for the craft and learned how to distinguish between the different types of tequila as well as what to look for when choosing a bottle for myself. pro tip: the best choice isn’t always the priciest! This was more than just a tasting; it was an unforgettable journey into the heart of tequila. Highly recommend!

Outstanding - This was an outstanding experience, fun and educational. The food was amazing and authentic. Jorge was a wonderful proctor as we learned everything about tequila. We've all had a bad experience with tequila but do yourselves a favor, get over it and checkout this wonderful experience.

Fun and educational experience! - Jorge gave us a once in a lifetime experience. This is not your typical “tequila tasting”. He comes from a long-line of experience within the Cuervo family and tells you of all the scams and warning signs to look for when purchasing and drinking tequila. He treated us like family and we hope his tequila class goes far as everyone can use this education!

Do not miss this experience! Total highlight🌞 - The experience is incomparable! From the welcome feeling as soon as you come in to the knowledge you gain about Tequila the city and the historical perspective of regulations that inflenced modern versions of the drink. We already miss him and his team.

Amazing - The tequila tasting experience is amazing. You must go, it exceeded our expectations. We were transported through the origins of tequila to today and shown what tequila is and what it isn’t. Jorge had us captured the whole time, we could have listened to him for hours. We now have a much better appreciation for tequila. Thank you Jorge and the team the only regret is we didn’t book for dinner.

The Cuervo House Experience - This experience was one of the most informative experiences to date on how to enjoy and select tequila. Jorge’s knowledge of Tequila and the history of the Tequila, the region, and his family is unmatched. Once we finished the first part of our class, we headed down for dinner and had the most amazing meals that I have ever had. His ability to pair culinary with the right Tequila was amazing. To top off the night, we had dessert spirits (tequila by product, similar to a port) paired well with the cake dessert.
Our experience here was by far the most memorable one we have had since we arrived in Los Cabos. You MUST reserve and come visit Cuervo House!

Fantastic Experience - I booked this experience for my partner and I. It was an intimate experience with excellent service. We learned about the history of tequila, the Cuervo Family history, and most importantly how to properly appreciate tequila!
