I would’ve probably reported “very satisfied “ if we had not taken another company’s boat out before & then was able to compare. Broken down by the per hour cost, we preferred another company more than Rancho for several reasons. 1) the group transfer return to hotel only ran at certain times. That was not indicated online at the time of booking. Had I known, I could’ve rented the boat an extra hour or factored a return taxi trip into the excision cost 2) we were disappointed that only drinks were available, but no snacks. The other company we used was less expensive and provided us with 3 big plates of delicious snacks. 3) life vests were available, but were too large for most of us and were uncomfortable. I would suggest providing noodles/floaties for snorkeling.
