Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled departure of your reservation for any change of schedule. Any cancellation or reschedule made 48-24 hours will result in at least a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be the deposit. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours or do not show up for the scheduled tour, for any reason, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the tour plus tax (16% IVA).
