• V34G+R4 Cabo San Lucas - Annually, numerous humpback whales migrate to the tranquil and tepid seas of Cabo to revel in their environment. Here, mother whales instruct their young on how to perform aquatic acrobatics such as breaching, slapping their fins, and lobbing their tails. Amidst this natural sanctuary, male humpbacks vie for the affections of select females, filling the sea with their elaborate displays and vocalizations as they seek refuge from the frigid northern winters. The local waters, which provide a habitat for one-third of the planet’s marine mammal species, frequently feature sightings of dolphins, sea lions, and occasionally other whale species. In the previous season, we were graced with rare visits from blue whales, fin whales, killer whales, and vast schools of dolphins - the marine life encounters here are always full of surprises!
