The tour was a great... - The tour was a great experience. We enjoyed our tour guide Andres. Everyone there was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and welcoming. The camel ride was a lot of fun as was the UTV portion of the tour. I would highly recommend to anyone of my friends and Family.

amazing private guide Bruno and great experience. - it was a great experience, private guide Bruno was amazing. we were not expecting to do private guide but even the first picture package and insurance was close to a private guide price so we ended up using phone to take some selfie and had a great experience. Just be prepared for a little more extra expense but worth the experience.

GREAT TIME - Highly recommend - Much better experience than I was expecting. The ATV part was a blast. I HIGHLY recommend doing the upgrade to a larger/faster machine, and doing it solo with a guide, vs. sticking with a "group". The entire property and camel farm were great. And, while I would normally say that I hate tequila, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually like "good" tequila that isn't used to be mixed with margarita's! Great for families, or couples.

First time riding camels,... - First time riding camels, we had a good time. I would recommend doing a private tour so you can take pictures with your phone.

Great family fun! - So much fun! Beautiful views and great service. From pick up to drop off, all went well and we felt safe the whole time. We paid extra for a personal tour guide and pictures. We would absolutely do this again. It is not for those on a tight budget.

camel/UTV combo - did not like no camera policy. and felt pressured to buy insurance or risk getting CC charged for $750. Camel were dirty and stinky

Large & impersonal, overpriced - The overall experience felt a little too commercialized and impersonal. It was definitely more about quantity than quality at this place. After getting off a large bus, there was nobody to greet us and tell us where to go. You wander into the building and get into a long line, hoping you are in the right place. With it being both ATVs and Camels, we had no way of knowing if there were two location for checking in. After a long wait, had to pay the additional $25 per person for the “park entrance fee”. Which we knew about ahead of time, but funny enough we later asked our guide which park it was, and he said it was not a park, but rather a public beach. Then they also make you pay $40 for insurance (either that or put a $750 hold on your credit card)—this felt very backhanded and coerced, leaving you no real choice in the matter. Then they wouldn’t let you bring your phones with you, which I somewhat get, but of course the pictures they took were extremely overpriced. Because the check-in process was so slow, it turned dark on us during the tour. The sunset during the ATV ride was nice, but we had to ride the camels in the dark and could not do the photo session with them after the ride. And then the second half of our ATV ride was also in the dark. Our guide (Diego) was decent enough, but he was surprised that there was no safety wrist strap in our ATV for the passenger (my wife). He seemed a little concerned, but then just blew it off. I wasn’t that worried, the wrist strap would only be needed for a rollover accident. But then he later discovered that the headlights in our ATV were not working, which again concerned him. Rather than arrange for someone to bring us a replacement ATV, he again just blew it off. We had to ride the second half of the tour in complete darkness, doing our best to navigate the trails using the headlights of the other ATVs in our group (the one behind us and the one ahead of us). It was definitely shady/dangerous and should not have been allowed! The camel pictures were not the greatest because they were in the dark. When we finished, one guy was helping us with purchasing their expensive photos, he quoted us a price of $109. Then he left to help someone else, and a woman came over to help us, and she quoted us a price of $89. When the original guy returned he seemed a little upset when we told him the $89 price. Definitely felt like the whole picture operation was a big money-making scam. Definitely overpriced, paying $89/$109 for a handful of digital pics downloaded to your phone! For the return ride in a van, the driver stopped at a nearby resort to let off another couple. He motioned for us (the last couple) to get out as well. We again told him the name of our resort, which was two resorts over and about a 1/2-mile away. But he again (seemingly annoyed now) motioned for us to get out. So we exited and began our 1/2-mile walk, he clearly saw us not walking into that resort’s lobby, but instead walking away from the resort towards the next resort down the beach. Again, this tour all felt very much impersonal, just herding cattle through their large operation to make the most money possible. The other three Viator tours we did while in Cabo on this trip were all small groups and great.

Book at your OWN RISK!! Your gonna pay at least $50 more when you get there.. possibly much more - Ok… first THE BAD.. buying this is such a rip off.,, my group paid $109 up front. When we got to the location there was an additional $25 (which we knew about) but then they also charge you another $45 or so for insurance… u must have insurance to ride… the standard ATV’s are stick shifts… they upsale you if you want an automatic.. I pad $300 for this after all the charges for me and my partner.. and then I used my Amex card… they charge an additional 3 percent!! I WILL NEVER again PRE-book here or anywhere else in Mexico… these extra fees were not mentioned and no one was prepaid with their credit cards or cash.. it was a complete MESS… had I not been with a large group I would have left and got my money back… After all that you finally get to your guides!! Which were some of the BEST people we met in Mexico.. especially Alex and Javier .. we were so mad at all these extra charges which they had nothing to do with… so ultimately you feel TERRIBLE for not leaving a tip even though we felt Ra*ed from the beginning.. the camel ride was amazing … the ATV were awesome and the tequila tasting was very informative… i was hesitant originally because I don’t like Tequila… however I still tried it.. and was pleasantly surprised.. I ended up buying the passion fruit tequila… it was so good… I can’t believe I liked the taste.. all in all I would NEVER do that excursion again… because of them taking advantage with the money.
