Our ‘Catch of the Day’ menu stands out as we source our fish directly from the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, ensuring the freshest ingredients for your extraordinary meal. A personal chef will prepare a sumptuous feast for you, including:\n\nFresh fish ceviche adorned with avocado and radish.\nArugula salad (cherry tomatoes, grapes, orange, goat cheese with a sweet mustard dressing)\nToday’s catch encased in a parmesan and herb crust, served with cauliflower puree, mint, and char-grilled vegetables.\nClassic tres leches cake served with a berry coulis.\n\nThe service encompasses the chef, ingredients, meal preparation, and cleanup, as well as a waiter/bartender for 4 hours - a minimum of 6 guests is required. Gratuity is not included. \n\nSimply relax and allow us to transform your dinner into a memorable occasion. Gourmet Cabo Catering at Flora Farms - We used Gourmet Cabo Catering during our stay at Flora Farms. The chefs were very pleasant and incredibly talented. The food and service was amazing, beautiful, and delicious! I highly recommend. Some of the best food I’ve had!
