Excellent service! Highly recommend! - Excellent service from start to finish. We booked in advance and they sent a message via WhatsApp with details on the pick up including a photo of the location and sign with our name. Prompt pickup, courteous. Everything we look for in airport transportation. We will definitely book through them again the next time we are in Los Cabos!

Inconveniences that we faced - Everything went very well as we got out of the airport and on our way to our resort, Hotel RIU Palace Los Cabo, as we booked the transport only one way, the person that received us at the airport and took us to the resort and accompanied the driver in the front passenger suite, talked us into and convinced us to buy a return trip transport and said we can only pay by US dollars in cash and that he would charge the same amount of $80 that we paid for pick up at the airport and drop off at the Hotel. We trusted him and paid $80.00 in cash. He gave us a written receipt as well. But due to sudden picketing that broke out in front of the main entry gate of the resort, the vehicle did not show up to pick us up. We were terribly inconvenienced as a result, on the day we left Los Cabo and our flight time was getting close and we had to take a cab separately and pay for it ourselves separately again. We called the person that was supposed to come to pick us up on June 13th morning from the resort hotel to the airport. He said he will refund the amount of $80 to us back which owe have not received so farm. So, PLEASE REFIND US dollars $80.00 to us that we paid in cash, immediately. Thank you

Viator will not help you out locally - Stay away from viator as a tour operator. If something goes wrong locally, viator definitely will not help you out or make it right. I booked a private airport transfer in Mexico. I paid. Got confirmation. I was told there would be somebody waiting with my name written on a tablet, I would be taken privately to my hotel. Well. There was a tablet with my name, but that's the only promise kept. I waited nearly an hour for my ride while the taxis and shuttles took dozens and dozens of travelers to their destinations. It was hot. I waited. I was told I have to pay MORE money for my ride. Now Im $90 in and still no ride! They eventually turned up but viator hasn't done a single thing to make it right by me. Use expedia instead - I've never had problems using them. Note: Viator's response to me was "My apologies for the inconvenience" As I said, they do not have your back if you get in a situation.

Extremely poor service. Do not use - At the airport, we waited for them to arrive. Once they arrived, they said our plane was late when it was actually early. When we left, they said their was an accident that is why they were 45 Minutes late. This company is horrible
