Explore Hollywood & Beverly Hills right from the get-go, starting at stop #1. This route provides a glimpse of the famous Dolby Theatre - the Oscars’ home, followed by Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, Sunset Strip, Beverly Center, Farmers Market, and Melrose Avenue.

Beautiful views - Beautiful view of the city and very nice drivers. I enjoyed touring this way and look forward to doing this more in the future in other cities.

Downtown city tour was interesting - We went to Downtown city tour. Even it was short trip, it was interesting and memorable. Enjoyed. Guide explained everything for 2 hours non-stop. He is so good. Thank you very much our guide Bruce. from Mongolian family

Fun! - Enjoyed the sightseeing tour while staying at Banana Bungalows! Really convenient and fun way to see the city! We really enjoyed cruising around Hollywood

Disappointing - Wasn’t ’up to par’. Write up indicated we could just ‘stay on’, but we were told we had to disembark so driver could take his lunch break. We were shuffled between 3 buses, taking many more hours than we had planned for. Used another company tour the following day and it was stellar!

City Sightseeing HOHO LA - It’s definitely no Big Bus. Bit run down, less reliable, maps and starting points are not clear. It does take you through good routes though. However I would only recommend if you’re not on time constraints and you probably need two days to do all routes. Drivers were all great for us.

Rudest customer service from the driver - One of the worst tours I have ever been on. The driver was so rude and patronising, he needs some major training in customer service. I am not sure why his attitude was the way it was but he just seemed miserable and thought it was ok to be sarcastic to almost every customer that came onto the bus. He started off trying to tell my 3 year old that he would get wet in the bus as there would be floods of water coming inside which partly scared him as he kept asking “mummy is lots of water going to come inside the bus?” The driver wasn’t clear with instructions and when he indicated Rodeo Drive was on the right myself, my husband and 3 year old got up to get off and he proceeded to shout with “where are you going man!! If you had listened to the commentary you would hear that this is not the stop for Rodeo drive!!” He then kept going on about it further, talking loudly trying to embarrass us in front of the other customers on the bus. I put it down to him simply having a bad day but seeing his attitude throughout the day just told me his personality is just miserable, not sure why he has such a big chip on his shoulder. I would try TMZ/Big bus tours over this company as the people there seem more approachable and happy!! The service was not what we expected and 3 days later I still feel frustrated at the way he spoke to me and my family, never experienced something like this before, especially as we’re always so polite to people, it’s a shame it wasn’t reciprocated!

Unexceptable - The audio was good and informative and was the only thing worthwhile, once the bus didn’t come forcing us to meet the bus at another area $25 in a taxi, when we confronted staff members about it they said they were missing a bus , rather than send another bus, they then said a bus did pick up from our stop and that is a not the truth we were waiting at that stop for over an hour before getting a taxi as the bus for that time and route was out for the whole day, they just crossed out what was on the timetable completely and did not replace the bus at all, also requiring that whole purple route to be cancel for the entire day, this bus was the only bus to and from our hotel. So the cost of our ticket doubled due to the expense of our taxi transportation, the whole reason we chose this tour is that it came by our hotel having to avoid using taxi and public transport, there was no apology just lies that the bus did come when it did not, leaving us stranded. Someone should have come back to the passengers stranded at these stops to let them know

Terrible Experience - We had a terrible experience trying to catch the bus from downtown LA. The first bus passed by without stopping at the designated stop. The second bus went on a different route so did not go past the stop as the first bus should have picked us up. We then had to pay for a Uber as we didn’t have the time to wait the 50 minutes for the next bus having already lost an hour. We rang and requested a refund which we were told would have to be reviewed by management once we made a submission Sven though they acknowledged the buses failed to pick us up. I would not use the company. Would give a zero rating if I could.
