Highlights

Sullivan Canyon - Meet your guide at the trailhead near the entrance of Sullivan Canyon Park located at 13571 Bayliss Road, CA, 90049. You will be equipped with a premium electric mountain bike and all the necessary protective gear. Your guide will instruct you on how to operate the bike before guiding you along the trail. The guide will customize the tour according to your experience level.

You will mountain bike into the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. After a few climbs on mostly fire roads you’ll encounter some amazing views of the surrounding ocean. You’ll be making a few stops along the way to take in the beauty of surrounding canyons and peak before descending back down to the start of this fun loop. A water bottle will also be provided to make sure you stay properly hydrated during the ride.

You will love the electric bike because it will make climbing the steep hills feel like a breeze. You can adjust the power of the bike to how challenging you want the ride to be!

Embark on a distinctive electric mountain biking journey that meanders through a forest of magnificent sycamore trees and spans across springtime, often-active streams. Get the chance to traverse the stunning Santa Monica mountains aboard top-notch mountain bikes from makers like Ducati, Husqvarna, Specialized, Haibike.

This ride welcomes enthusiasts of all levels (even beginners are welcomed). En route to our destination, the Nike Missile Control site, you’ll be treated to incredible vistas of the azure Pacific Ocean and infinite mountain ranges. We’ll take a pause to inspect the legendary Nike Missile Base, built during the Cold War era. Enjoy a unique local-style biking experience on this trail system, a favorite among Santa Monica residents.

Minimum age is 12 years
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Dress code: comforatble shoes for biking (no flip-flops or sandals)
Not reccommended for pregnant women
All passengers must be 5’2 (153 cm) or taller to ride the eBike
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
All guests must be comfortable with riding a bicycle

Absolute recommended trip. The team is amazing. - During my business trip to LA, I needed some action. I found the booking and organization to be very easy. Through WhatsApp, Life Rush, the organizer, confirmed where I would meet them, so I felt safe going there. I was able to take a private tour with my own guide due to the difference in skill levels in the group. After riding up a fire lane street, we rode down some pretty nice trails. Because I bike a lot and know how bikes can look if they are used quite often, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the bikes were maintained. The damping, the breaks, and the dropper post were all excellent. Fear never entered my mind. Also, the helmet and safety gear were new and felt super comfy. Life Rush is a wonderful team of people. Definitely would go on a ride with them again.

A once in a lifetime type of experience-must do bike ride with Liferush Adventures! - My two boys did the Santa Monica bike ride and said it was one of the best things they ever did. The guide Chris and owner Jason were amazing. The bikes were super high quality and fun to ride, trails and scenery were great. There was good instruction about the bikes given before the ride. This was a once in a lifetime type of experience and highly recommended. Additionally, the customer service from Jason before, during and after was exceptional.

Awesome Ride - Jason is great and the ride was awesome. Highly recommended! I will definitely be doing it again. Jason tailored the ride to our skill levels. He appropriately pushed us to an experience that was fun and exciting, but never past our safe zones. Also, the views were spectacular.

Exciting and Gorgeous Tour - What an amazing ride! First time on a mountain bike, the guide made me feel safe and also challenged me to learn and ride faster. We went on trails hidden high above the hubbub of Los Angeles, with gorgeous views of the city, mountains, and ocean... a secret paradise. This tour was so much fun!

Father & Son, Super Cool Downhill LIFERUSH Man! Highly recommended! - This was the experience of a lifetime for my son and I. Our guide was a super cool and knowledgeable dude and all around great guy. We met some crazy new friends (Single week riders from Great Britain on our experience and the drone footage will be amazing. We would do this again in a heartbeat when we return to visit in the fall! Well planned and tailored to our riding experience. (With a fast rush here and there) which is why we came. Jason came through for us!!!! Jeff & Seth Columbus Ohio Super Amped the entire time!

Fun staycation in LA - A fun time out. We enjoyed riding the bikes and felt comfortable the entire time. We've never done mountain biking so we appreciated getting the full rundown on what to expect and tips on how to ride effectively over the terrain.
