Fantastic Day with WeLoveLA Tours!! - We had a full day tour of LA sites on July 18, 2023 with our tour guide Mark. It was an absolutely fantastic day and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is visiting in the area. Mark is extremely knowledgeable of all things LA and we look forward to doing another tour next time we get down there.

Outstanding Tour!! - My group of 4 was taking a cruise out of LA and decided to spend a couple of days in LA since we had not been there before. After researching tour companies, I decided on LA Tours. The customer service was phenomenal beginning with my initial contact with Mark. He was very responsive and offered ideas on where to stay and what to do. This was truly a custom tour geared to what we wanted to see. Since we had a SOFI stadium tour at the end of the day, our tour guide, Rivers, dropped us off there rather than at the pickup point. I had asked specifically for Rivers based on the reviews, and he did not disappoint. When I asked my group which was their favorite tour guide out of LA and our cruise ports, it was no contest. Rivers won hands down. You can't go wrong with LA Tours!!!

Best tour of LA. - Great tour of LA. Our tour guide Rivers kept us entertained all day as he is an aspiring comedian. Best view of the Hollywood sign. Doing the private tour was the best thing we did. No big bus or waiting for a lot of people. Also very affordable!

FABULOUS - FABULOUS, 🤣🤣, fantastic tour, Darnell our driver is an absolute legend, he was knowledgeable and extremely funny, he made our day, couldnt do enough for us, he took us out of our way to show us as much as he could

Excellent Tour of LA - We were a family of 6 travelling from the UK and all wanting to see different things from the Staples Centre ( my grandsons a huge basketball fan) to the Hollywood Sign and lots of other sights. I contacted Mark the reservations manager and told him all the places we wanted to see and he made an itinerary for us incorporating them all. Communication with Mark was very good and he answered any questions I had. We were picked up from our hotel in Anaheim by Anna who was our tour guide for the day. She drove us to LA and our tour began, we saw a lot of places before stopping for lunch at the Farmers Market and then we continued with our tour before being dropped off at our hotel. Anna was an amazing tour guide, she showed us all we wanted to see and more. She was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting things about the area as well as answering any questions we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, I highly recommend them. Thank you for an amazing day!

We Loved LA! - This day was the highlight of our trip and we can’t stop talking about it to others! Rivers was a perfect host - professional, knowledgeable, a great driver, patient, and flexible! We stayed outside of the pick up area, but made our way to the Santa Monica Pier to have a breakfast sandwich, walk the pier, and meet up with Rivers. We requested a detour to The Griffith Observatory/Park, and believe this would be an outstanding addition to the usual tour! Quite amazing views of the city and a beautiful way to see the overall landscape of SoCal and the cityscape of LA. Rivers proceeded to drive us through the highlights of LA. Our favorites were the Griffith Observatory and drive through the park, the drive on Mullholland Drive to see the Hollywood sign, Whiskey a Go Go, our Farmers Market lunch, and the Grauman’s Chinese Theater/Dolby Theater area/Hollywood area. Collectively, everything made for the perfect day!

Great way to spend a day in LA - We only had one day here on a lay over so this was a wonderful way to spend the day. We were collected at our airport hotel and as we had visited the city before we were able to tailor the day to not revisit places we’d been to previously. Rivers was a fun and informative guide and was more than happy to customise the day to suit us. We took our luggage with us and were dropped at the airport at the end of the day which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Personalized tour with Rivers - Rivers, our tour guide, was wonderful! He put up with and could relate to everyone in our crazy family, ranging from my boomer parents all the way down to my 11 year old nephew. He was super personable, flexible, understanding, and everything you could want in a guide. He took our pictures and knew where to get the best shots for those picture-perfect moments. The amount of information he could provide regarding any question about the city was super impressive and helpful. He even gave us suggestions for the later parts of our trip (which we took and appreciated)! I was not expecting a family of 7 to love going non-stop in a busy city all day, but this was actually one of our favorite days as a family out of the whole vacation, and we’ll always remember the positive vibes Rivers radiated that helped this day be so great. No help with my wheelchair but otherwise good tour. - The tour was good and Rivers gave a lot of information and history of the sights but unfortunately he did not give any help with loading my wheelchair in and out of the car. I’m disabled so struggled myself and had to rely on my 14 year old nephew and my 16 year old son to help in which they also struggled and not once did we receive any offers of help from Rivers. My sister was really upset about this as she knows my disability and health issues and wanted to just cancel the tour and go back to the hotel but I said let’s just see it through as we paid for it already. Our tip reflected the service we received and it’s a shame as my son ended up pulling a muscle in his back. Rivers could have assisted a disabled person but didn’t. I also asked for a quick garage visit as air was low in one of my tyres but he didn’t take us despite saying he would. He did however take us to a coffee shop which was great! Had I have known all this, then I would have booked the tour with our taxi guy as his firm did tours too and did help with my wheelchair. Sorry for the negative review but I’m just being honest in my situation.
