- Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your ticket time to check in with your LA tour guide.
- Closed-toe shoes are required and layers are recommended
- Young children are welcome to join this hike tour; we recommend this tour for guests ages 6 and up. Children participating in the hiking tour should be able to hike on their own. NO STROLLERS! For children under 6, we recommend our Original Hollywood Sign Tour!
- NOTE: Meet your guide OUTSIDE by the long white gate where the trailhead begins; they wear a neon yellow Bikes & Hikes vest. Do not bother the people at the houses in this neighborhood.
- Please allow ample time for traffic (welcome to LA!) and for parking. There is free street parking at this location- please follow all signs.
- We’ll be walking 4 miles (6.4 km) along what is widely considered to be an easy to moderate hiking trail on the Hollywood Sign Hike
- Guests joining this Hollywood Sign tour should be in good health, and enjoy a walk on this Hollywood Hills tour

An LA Must - Fantastic tour! Highly recommend doing the evening tour because of the amazing lighting as the sun starts to set. Makes for incredible photos. Also ask for Michael as your tour guide! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and funny.

Guided hike of the Hollywood sign - Our guide Mark was very good. He gave us a full and entertaining commentary about Hollywood and many other things that came up in the conversation throughout the hike. As a local, Mark clearly has a passion for this city and was very knowledgeable about the history of the area which was really interesting. We would recommend Mark unreservedly as a guide, he really did his very best to ensure that we enjoyed the experience and also were made aware of the history of LA. Thank you Mark!👍

Amazing Morning - Sarah was amazing. We were the only guets this morning and heared lot of stories and fun facts. She knew the best places to overlook the scenery and took great pictures of us. Thanks a lot! Hope to see you again, mybe in Edingburgh?!

Hollywood sign + great guide + solar eclipse = hike perfection - Walking up to the Hollywood sign was my number one to do in LA. We only had 3 days in the city and chose Bikes and Hikes based on recommendation. We weren’t disappointed. Chris the tour guide was informative, humorous and told us loads about the area that we wouldn’t otherwise have known. He even had an ingenious way to show us the solar eclipse and took some amazing photos. It’s a very easy walk to the top if you’re moderately fit. Would be very easy to do with kids. Don’t miss.

Fab walk to the Hollywood sign - We had a great time with Noelle, our guide, walking up to the Hollywood sign. She filled us in on all sorts of celeb goss and is an absolute pro at taking an epic shot of you with the sign.

Fun trip to the sign and beyond! - The hike overall was such a good experience, the scenic beauty is breathtaking and we had an amazing host/ guide. Katie had so many stories in her pocket and she kept us engaged throughout. I loved her personality, she was patient with everyone and especially my 9 year old. He can be a handful but I have never seen him so happy with a tour guide and we travel quite a bit. I am glad we did this and I can’t wait to do the other tours that they offer .
