The battleship was originally commissioned in 1943, and served during WW2, the Korean War, and through the Cold War.The ship earned 11 battle stars and also hosted three US Presidents. Since 2012, Iowa is stationed at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro, California and continues to attract thousands of visitors within the United States and from outside the country. This amazing battleship will be our focus of attention for 3 hours. Guided tours onto the battleship are conducted by the Iowa museum officials
