A bicycle expedition in the Arts District enables you to explore more of this lesser-known yet trendy locale. Located just beyond Little Tokyo, the hottest location in L.A., The Arts District is brimming with art galleries, tech hubs, nightlife, wall paintings, historic sites, architectural wonders, shopping destinations, breweries, and restaurants. The tour will include visits to the Hauser and Wirth Gallery, Sci-Arc, Bloom’s Square, Warner Brother’s Music, Art Share, La Kretz Innovation Campus, The American Hotel, some of L.A.’s top-rated restaurants and many unexpected places. You’ll learn about the inception, past, recent advancements, and the current disposition of The Art’s District. There will be stops at galleries and shopping areas throughout the tour, providing participants with chances to discover on their own. This journey is ideal for travelers keen on exploring hidden gems and emerging areas in DTLA.

Great way to see a little-visited part of LA - We had a really fun time biking through the district, looking about and hearing the story of the neighborhood, the pieces themselves, and the artists.

A wonderful experience not to be missed - Had a wonderful afternoon cycling around the Arts District with Jennifer. We were able to see and experience some special parts of LA that would often be missed or overlooked. Jennifer was a fantastic guide and her deep connection with the tour was more than evident. So glad we ventured out. If you have the chance, don’t let the opportunity to pass you by.

Fun tour! - We took a group of seventeen 11th grade students, and they had a blast! They saw a ton of murals, and got to ride over the 6th street bridge. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing - This was a very fun tour. Jen was my guide and she was very knowledgeable and nice. She went into detail about the local artists and their work. Overall, I recommend this tour if you're appreciative of the work these talented artists put into.

A Safe, Informative and Incredible Experience! - My wife and I enjoyed every minute of this tour! Jennifer was so knowledgeable about the area and where to find the most beautiful murals throughout the Art District in DTLA. Jennifer knew a lot about the architecture, history, and hidden gems that the uninformed just don’t know. The weather was great and company even better. We’re looking forward to going to some of the amazing restaurants and breweries we were shown and looking forward to our next Handlebar Bike Tour! We totally recommend this experience when visiting DTLA! A must do!!!

Great way to see an interesting LA neighborhood - Loved our tour with Jen. She is knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took us through the downtown arts district at an easy pace with plenty of stops for admiring the street art and even a stop at a gallery with a wonderful bar/restaurant with enough time for a quick beer. Great way to learn some history of a former industrial, rapidly gentrifying neighborhood

Fantastic Bike Tour of the LA Arts District! - Jen was a fantastic guide through the Arts District of LA. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local artists, pubs, and restaurants. We really enjoyed learning about the local art scene and much of it's history plus had a blast riding over the new 6th Street bridge. Jen was also great in keeping us safe on the streets - we never felt nervous about the traffic! The entire tour was a great experience and we'll be back for one of the other Handlebar Bike Tours soon.
