The perfect way to visit... - The perfect way to visit the Great Ocean Road. Our driver/guide Walter shared his very extensive knowledge of the route, the flora & fauna and local history while taking us to a great number viewpoints and other places of interest along the way. Well chosen lunch stops with opportunity to swim.

The Best Way to Experience Great Ocean Road in Two Days - Some trips leave a mark. Not because you’ve checked off the most sights, but because you lose yourself for a while – in the landscape, the atmosphere, the conversations. That’s what our two-day tour along the Great Ocean Road with Walter was like. An experience that both calmed and stirred something within us. From the moment Walter picked us up at our hotel in the early morning light, we sensed this wouldn’t be an ordinary tour. His warm and gentle presence, mixed with subtle humour and an endless stream of stories, set the tone. We were a family of four, joined by two other travellers, and a quiet sense of connection formed between us all. What we saw – the coastline, the animals, the forest, the sea – was of course stunning. But what stays with us is something else. It was the rhythm of the days, the conversations between the stops, the sound of wind through the trees, a helicopter ride that left us speechless, and that special kind of stillness that arises when you stop checking the time. We laughed often. We forgot the clock. We forgot the everyday noise. And we were fully present. That might be the highest praise a journey can receive. Our warm recommendation: If you want to experience the Great Ocean Road in a way that’s both rich and grounded – where everything is taken care of but nothing feels rushed – this is the tour for you. Our tour guide, Walter,... - Our tour guide, Walter, was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and made the whole experience really fun. We learned so much and never felt bored. I would definitely recommend taking a tour with him. Thanks, Walter, for a great time!

Amazing Road Trip - I had a great tour with Walter who was our driver and guide. Two days is a perfect amount of time to experience all the sights along the Great Ocean Road. Walter is knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the spots. The itinerary was great as we were able to skip crowds and rush at most places - often the spots get crowded because of day trippers. It can get a bit tiring as the spots involve a lot of walking. The overnight stay at Apollo Bay YHA was great as well. Even as a solo traveller, I didn’t feel left out. Everyone with me was great to talk to and interact with. Overall, no complaints.

Life changing experience - Walter was so patient with my excitement over the animals - we saw kangaroos (from a distance), koalas, parrots, even a glimpse of an echidna! You will see so much of the ocean road and really have time to linger in the beauty spots - I recommend it!

Fantastic GOR trip - It was a fantastic trip. Walter was knowledgeable about the attractions and brought us morning tea and snacks. The scenery was gorgeous, a pity was it rained on the first day. Overall itinerary was well planned and packed. It was tiring but the views are worth it!

Great 2 days experiencing the Great Ocean Road with Walter from Around and About - Walter was our guide and he was wonderful. Picked us up and dropped us off at hotel. Quite knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We saw lots, experienced more, learned tons about Victoria state, and got our steps and exercise in to boot. It was a packed two days but Walter kept us on time while providing free time

Worth a visit to see the Apostles - The Grotto was amazing and all along the coast beautiful scenery. We were very lucky to have good weather although at times it was extremely cold. Must visit when you are in Melbourne.
