A truly great experience - This was one of the best experiences I have had on a vacation. The weather was not quite cooperating and the operator worked with us to get into the air between the storms. While in the air, our pilot was very helpful in explaining both what we were seeing and what we were experiencing in the helicopter (the movement, the bumps, etc.) This made for an interesting and comfortable trip. Thank you!!

Bad - I upgraded to the Montréal trip when I got to the place but I had to wait 10 minutes in the air hovering a little above ground level for the all clear. Then the “30 minute” ride was like 12 minute. The pilot was good but very underwhelming experience and not worth it at all.
