Great Overview Tour - The tour was efficient and well organized. The Abbey tour was informative and really gave a great sampling of the things to see inside. Once we were seemlessly handed over to the Parliament tour our tour guide Barney delivered two hours of solid information in a lighthearted and entertaining manner as we walked the entire building.

The Abbey and Palace were... - The Abbey and Palace were truly amazing, but it was our outstanding guide Amber007 who made the tour spectacular. She had an impressive depth of knowledge and it was delivered in such a lovely manner. Amber was especially solicitous of my knee issue and for that I was most appreciative. I would tell anyone who asks to take this tour. I felt like we received a good and valuable experience for the price of admission. Sam was also very good on the Parliament side of the tour.

Wonderful in depth tours - It's a long afternoon of touring, but I really enjoyed both tours and learned a ton. Both tours are guided live. Each tour uses headsets so you can easily hear the guide. It's very good to have a guide to direct your attention to the highlights of both massive historic buildings. I recommend this tour.

A lot of bang for your buck - We got more than out money's worth with this tour! the tour guide at Westminster Abbey was super knowledgeable and fun. She brought the history of the Abbey to life. I really was happy with the headphones that we were given. I have been on other tours where you just could not hear the guide in a place like this. The second tour at Parliament was equally as fascinating. The guide from your company came in with us, but Parliament has their own guides. It was a very educational tour. I would totally recommend this tour to everyone.

Not private, inflated, buy ticket directly - Horribly inflated price. The entry tickets themselves are about sixty pounds for both venues. At parliament, Your “private guide” is not your guide. Parliament requires you use their own and you can buy that guided ticket directly for 35 pounds. So really, the cost of this ticket over and above the entry fee is for a guide for the church only. And it’s not a “private” tour. All of these so called private Viator tours are lying. We booked several and by the price point (high) relied they were indeed private as stated. Yet, Each was with twenty other strangers which leaves you at the mercy of their slowness. Only book this if you waited too long and cannot get the tickets directly. I suspect the guide services buy all the tickets up as you can book this overpriced tour through Viator on almost no notice but on the web site it is out over a month That said, our actual guide was very sweet and knowledgeable. She did great. But Viator must be making money hands over fists in this.
