The best way to see London! - We were staying in Vauxhall and decided to get a ‘river roamer’ to travel all day. We initially went to Greenwich, then made our way back stopping at different points, went to Battersea Power Station then back to Vauxhall. We then went back again after dark to just go up and down and see the sights lit up. It was a brilliant day. Yes; we were lucky with the weather in February (it was bright, dry and not too cold). The staff were great; very informative regarding routes and times etc and what was lovely was if you just wanted to just stay on the boat when they turned round and went back that was absolutely fine. There was a couple of times we had to queue but it didn’t take too long and again was well managed by the staff. They are clearly on a tight timetable so there is no messing about and waiting for people, but on the boat it is very obvious where the next stop is, which end of the boat you are to get off at etc so it is very efficient. The boat was clean and so were the toilets on board. There is a huge seating area inside with surprisingly comfy seats, and drinks and snacks can be bought (all cashless, just fyi). There is not as much room outside so I could see how, in summer, it might be tricky for everyone who wants to to be in the outside area but I can’t comment on that as I didn’t experience it. We were able to be outside when we wanted and take photos from different angles etc. It was a really nice way to see London and I certainly feel we got our money’s worth. My only suggestion would be timetable and route information to be displayed at each wharf rather than just signs saying ‘check online’ - if for no other reason than it might mean the staff not having to repeatedly answer the same question!

A trip up the Thames - We travelled to Greenwich and hopped on the clipper to travel up and down the Thames. It was lovely and also dog friendly. The team at Greenwich Pier were amazing. David Notarius was great with the dog and kids and made the whole experience relaxing.

Most Reasonable prices - Great times! You can see much more on the boats than in trains or cars. Plus it was more cost-effective. Mr. Notaries was very helpful.

Amazing staff. - Such amazing service, everyone working was so friendly. Younas went up and beyond helping me. My son has ASD and she really did help, spoke to him calmly made sure we were going the right way. Helped get our ticket so I could focus on my son who was overwhelmed. If we are in London we will definitely be using the Uber Boats due to the staff. Thank you for making our trip so much easier.

Great way to see the sights along the Thames - We boarded the clipper at Embankment and left at Greenwich peer. It was very busy on the boat but we were able to find a seat. The downside of that trip was that there were very few announcements to inform us of the name of each pier stop along the way. However on the way back it was very different with clear announcements of the piers

Disappointing - What a letdown! If you're into disappointment, hop on the Thames Clipper. This service is anything but reliable. Our experience was a real turn-off – they wouldn't let us on board, claiming the boat was "full." Cue a painful one-hour wait for the next one. And let's talk about those ticket prices – daylight robbery, especially for a service that can't seem to get its act together. The boat staff? Rude and unapproachable sums it up. Such a shame, because this could be a London gem if they ran it properly.

AWFUL - I bought the wrong ticket as was in a rush. The guy on the pier told it was cheaper to do it via the app before boarding. I questioned him and he said I had bought the correct ticket. On the boat the revenue man, was really grumpy and told me I had bought the wrong ticket and charged me a £50 fine for this. The actual incorrect ticket I bought was £39.50 and the ticket I should have bought was £30.10. So I had already paid them more money. I was told by the grumpy revenue guy to email and get a refund, which I did and they are refusing to give one!!!! The entire trip was 4 stops and was supposed to be just a fun thing to do with friends and family (there were 10 of us) but instead I spend the entire time being lectured by a grumpy revenue man! When quite frankly as I had paid more should have just let me do the trip! Never again. Total experience was just a headache!
