River trip - Excellent service throughout ,very enjoyable,only downside was the crew lining up on our way out with a plate for tips,should be a more discreet way for us to acknowledge the service we received and not feel guilt tripped,we would have tipped anyhow but disliked the way it was done

so much fun! the staff... - so much fun! the staff was wonderful, the food and tea were great, very much worth it. I went with my sister, but there were family’s, couples, people of all ages who seemed to really enjoy it.

Nice tea good for families - The tea was great and the views terrific even in the cloudy weather. Good even with a baby! We had several varieties. The scones were great!

Had a great time - The staff was friendly and the food was good. Loved the scenery. It was worth it! We cane ovwr deom the States and most of my family had never experienced anything like it.

Fun scenic boat tour! - Nice scenic tour along the Thames and the afternoon tea snacks were nice. Wait staff very friendly and welcoming. A fun way to see part of London!

Highly recommend - Brilliant river cruise with afternoon tea. Food as lovely and boat was very relaxed, with music. We also had a knowledgeable tour guide.

Delightful Afternoon Tea - Afternoon tea was a lovely way to see London from the Thames. Their finger foods were a nice touch, although I wish there was more fruit offered with the vast spread of carbs.

An excellent afternoon tea experience - We had an excellent afternoon tea while seeing all the sights along the Thames. The food was lovely, the staff were helpful and welcoming and the boat was great. We didn’t pay extra for a window seat but there are windows all around the boat so you can see anyway and you can go up on to the top deck when you want to get a better look at things. The tour takes you firm to Battersea and back to Tower Hill. We had the option to purchase extra drinks but there was absolutely no pressure to do so. We decided to as it was a special occasion and drinks were very reasonable, especially for London. We set off and we’re soon served drinks and afternoon tea. Then we spent sone time on the top deck as the weather was good. I liked the fact that the first part we had tea and could talk and the second half had a commentary by the crew which was very informative. I had a little trouble initially in booking the cruise but was quickly assisted and the booking was sorted. The four of us really enjoyed the 90 minute cruise. The price was good for afternoon tea in London especially with the cruise as well. I will definitely look at sone of the other trips they offer.

The food was good as was... - The food was good as was service. It was just so noisy (the guests) it was impossible at a seat by the window to hear the person over the speakers talking about the sights on the river. The ship was not even full. Maybe it would be better for afternoon tea to just play music.

No Event - Our cruise was cancelled and a non event. Very disappointed and hoped will get a refund swiftly. No help or support was given to us.
