Do you have a preference, because I can show you Gothic, Tudor, Baroque, Paladian, Romanesque, Gothic-Revivalist, Modernist, Brutalist, Post-Modernist, and Neo-Futurist. Textures can be important too. Our buildings are constructed from timber, stone, brick, terracotta, tiles, concrete, metal and more recently glass, lots of glass.

Cambridge presents a marvelous blend of beautiful architecture, historic significance, compact geography, and enjoyable experiences. The walking tour I offer takes you through some of the university’s most impressive College buildings, from Kings to Trinity, Pembroke to Corpus, and Queens’.
We’ll also discover some ancient churches, including one with remnants of Anglo-Saxon design. We also get to enjoy a serene walk alongside the placid banks of the River Cam.
The journey through the University is a journey through various disciplines - literature, history, philosophy, and science. It showcases the brilliance of Newton, the unveiling of DNA, as well as literary stalwarts from Kit Marlowe to Salman Rushdie.
