A great introduction to Cambridge - Can't recommend this enough. Do it early on in your visit to Cambridge as it gives a great overview of the city. We did the entire trip in one go and then got off and did our own walking tour. Driver excellent, commentary good, bus clean, map useful for own walking tour.

A great bus trip - A really good sight seeing tour of such a lovely city. A minor fault was that some of the ear piece sockets did not work, but the trip was brilliant and good value for money. Can I make a suggestion that you get some ticket sellers near the punting station? I'm sure this will generate a great deal more trade as the buses were fairly empty when we were there - just a thought!!

Good experience - The bus is very good, the places are beautiful, there are earbuds and flyer maps available. The only thing that I have missed is the Portuguese translation. We have many Brazilians and Portugueses visitors in UK, it would really be very nice to have a Portuguese translation as well, together with the other 9 languages translations. Only in London there are more than 200 thousands Brazilians living in.

Good experience and lots of knowledge acquired! - Good way to experience the city and its history. Need to make it clear to customers when booking online that this is for ‘24 hours’ rather than ‘the day/date’ printed on our ticket. Or maybe it’s not?!!

Good trip - Nice trip. Covers all important areas. Very nice way to go around the entire city instead of finding your own way, which at times can be confusing. Highly recommended

Where's the bus? - I have no complaints about the tour itself. It was interesting, the commentary was informative and the tour about the right length at 1 hour 20 minutes. It covered most of the main sights of the city and gave you information that you would not otherwise have known. My main issue was the frequency of the service - one bus every 40 minutes is very infrequent for this type of tour and also buses do not seem to run to a timetable. There is no timetable printed either in the leaflet or on the stops, so when you turn up at the stop you have no idea whether you will be waiting for 5 minutes or 35 minutes for the bus. Needs to be better organised. I would certainly advise buying tickets from the driver rather than in advance, then if the bus doesn't come you can just give up!

Poor - Cambridge Hop on and Off buses. Bus Timetables highly inaccurate and a driver that sees you but drives on. Very poor.

The vehicle was so noisy... - The vehicle was so noisy one could hardly hear the commentary on the PA system. Other than the stop at the American cemetery, the route had little of interest. You might want to hop-off, but not hop back on again!

Don't use Viator for the Cambridge Hop On Bus! - I received the email that gave directions on where to redeem a voucher for the bus ticket. We followed the directions and it took us to the Queen's College reception desk, and they knew nothing of the sightseeing bus or where to get the ticket. Viator should do a better job of describing where to go to get the ticket. We had a frustrating 90 minutes trying to figure it out.

Frustration with E tickets - The most memorable was not being able to verify the tickets. The driver tried, we tried nothing worked. Kept coming up saying not valid. I messaged the supplier and I am still waiting for my reply. This happened the day before as well with another purchase from your site. How do I get my money back?
