Best London Site Seeing Ever! - Big Steve and the driver (Neil, sorry if I spelled it wrong) MADE our whole trip. We had been on the daytime buses which were okay…nothing special. This was over the top amazing. Neil was a great driver and made us feel very safe. Big Steve knew his stuff, inside and out. And, has American AND English humor. He also always had us completely prepared for all the best photo angles. Don’t miss and be sure to do whatever Big Steve says! - The Floridians from 3/16/24 :)

London Night Tour - This review is the for the night tour on Big Bus on February 18th. I've been to London several times but usually just walk around to see the sights but this time I decided to buy a last minute ticket for the night tour. I love London at night, seeing everything lit up. Our guide, Stephen, was great and loved his humor. He was very informative of what you were seeing and when to take the best pictures. It's a different experience when you get to sit back, relax and take in the sights than trying to navigate and look around. If you want a good seat on top, I recommend arriving at the bus stop at least 20 minutes before departure.

Great intro to London sightseeing. - The tour was interesting and entertaining. Perfect as an introduction to London sightseeing and the host, Peter, was fantastic. Rug up as it gets quite cold up the top!

This is not a narrative tour - This is labeled a tour - it’s not. It’s a bus driving around London. We would have liked to know what sections we were driving through - some sort of narrative. I can sit on any bus and drive all over London for a fraction of the price. The lights were beautiful- the “tour” not so much.

Absolutely terrible - It was a no show- no lie! We waited in the rain for 45 minutes as a family of 4 for Christmas Eve and the bus never showed. The previous tour had to tell us no one was coming. The worst Christmas Eve experience ever with my family.

A Waste of £35 - An absolute ripoff. Several things that were disappointing: 1. Email confirmation did not clearly say where the bus was leaving from. Said the pickup would be at the London Eye, but it was actually on Westminster Bridge Road just south of the Thames. Had to ask a couple of workers with other bus companies to get to the right spot. 2. Very confusing boarding the bus. There were two different tours leaving from this stop, yet there was little to no communication given by the young man in charge of boarding. 3. For £35, we were expecting a live person as a narrator. Instead we had to listen on earbuds to a pre-recorded narration by a man and woman who were too cute by half. On top of that, the young man boarding the bus said nothing about grabbing a pair of earbuds from the bin as we boarded the bus, so nobody around us knew about the earbuds. After about 5 minutes of traveling we finally figured it out because we could hear the faint sound of the narration coming from the earbuds of some people behind us. 4. Compared to the £15 we paid for a river cruise from Westminster to Greenwich, which had live narration, this £35 bus tour was a TOTAL RIPOFF!

Awful mess - It was announced that due to road closures and issues with traffic our journey would go to London Tower Bridge and back. Had I been told this in advance I would have cancelled my trip. We were advised after the bus had begun its journey. An apology was made and we were told we could ask for our money back. Terrible

Very bad, waited 1,5 hour - We waited for more than 1, 5 hour for the Big Bus London at the stop called Kensington Palace in the cold with two kids!! The girl standing their from this company had NO idea when the bus would come. Neither she had NO clue what time the busy would arrive….. I would like to have my money back. Don’t book with them.
