Gatwick to Oliver Plaza - Ors was great. He was helpful and very personable. He pointed out landmarks as we drove to our destination and we would ask for his services again!

More compact than Heathrow - This was the airport where my flight from Japan to Qatar arrived. I was wondering what kind of airport it would be since I usually use Heathrow, but it was compact with two terminals and had a shuttle for easy transportation. There are trains to the city, such as the Gatwick Express, and I took the cheaper one, which cost 23 pounds one way, and traveled to Victoria Station while enjoying the view outside.

Great car, great driver; First class experience. - Frequently when ordering on-line services, one is unaware of the actual credentials of who one is dealing with. Using VIATOR at least gives one high confidence. However when dealing with unknown foreign operators one is unaware of their reliability especially with overseas car services. From our day before departure I received a phone call from the oversea's operator confirming the arrangement and also on arrival received another call confirming the meetng location within the airport where our driver would find us after disembarkation. All went smoothly and was assuredvat each contact that all would be in order. The driver spoke good English and was smartly attired, the car was roomy and well cared for. The driver knew the best way to navigate to our hotel situated kitty corner from Big Ben on the South Bank of the Thames. All in all the hiring experience was nothing but first class.

Horrible experience in London - Horrible experience in London (with www.mytransfers.com) I do not recommend the service. (maybe it's different for other cities) way out (21/12/2024): Meet&Greet with welcome sign Door-to-Door -> I had to walk around the airport looking for the parking lot where the car was parked. Child seats -> I paid extra for this service, I didn't have it, and they still haven't refunded the extra money paid. At the right time -> I spent more than 1 hour waiting for the car to arrive Private Minivan -> A different category car came way back (26/12/2024): Meet&Greet with welcome sign Door-to-Door Child seats -> I paid extra for this service, I didn't have it, and they still haven't refunded the extra money paid. At the right time ==> -> Despite the first driver arriving 4 hours earlier, the second driver arrived at the correct time. Private Business Minivan -> A different category car came I hired the transfer service to make my life easier, instead, I was on my cell phone asking for help, which took a while to arrive.

Failure to Locate a driver - Six people, with 2 children, to be located at London Gatwick. However, the driver was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I searched the small arrival area TWO TIMES, my adult son searched it one time. Six people grouped together in the middle of the airport. Why could we not be found? After Calling four times + two text messages, finnaly found the driver walking across the parking lot, AWAY FROM THE VAN & toward the vehicle waiting area. NO MORE OF THIS FOR US.
