Fantastic! - Our driver called before he arrived, told us where he would be and was prompt. Along the way to the hotel, he told us about how long it would take and pointed out things to see. He was polite and a great driver!

We felt welcomed - We almost immediately got hold of our driver Marcia once we went to the arrival hall. She told us where to wait for her and she showed up in a few minutes. She was very polite. She didn’t drive recklessly so we felt comfortable and safe in the car. We had a nice trip with her!

Excellent Transfer from Heathrow to King's Cross - The car was very clean, comfortable and modern. The driver was courteous and offered to help with our luggage. He was waiting for us as soon as we came out of arrivals. My husband and I felt safe because the driver was competent. We will definitely use this service again.

Got to where we wanted with lots of luggage - The driver was excellent. The issue was locating him, it would have been better to if they told us to meet him at the Boots Pharmacy instead of showing us a location on the map.

A nice driver - Our driver met us outside the customs area with a small sign that had our name on it. She walked us through the terminal to the attached garage before loading our bags and headed to the hotel. She didn’t talk but just drove. I would have preferred an estimated drive time, but we arrived in a timely fashion.

Never again - We have used many private transfers in London and have never had an experience like this, Once we retrieved our luggage and proceeded to arrivals area where we were told our driver would be waiting with our names as usual., We looked around for almost 30 mins and finally had to call the company and their reply was “we will tell him to come get you at the arrivals area” no apology and I was not wasting time mentioning he should have been here waiting for us. Then a gentleman in shorts came and took only one of our pieces of luggage and walked us without a word to the car.
This unprofessionalism is something we will never choose this company for again and hopefully this will help others choose a better option.
