Great little Easter treat with interesting Easter related facts - My wife, my 2 girls & I had spent a lovely Good Friday afternoon in London & we went on Toots Easter themed open top bus tour & we all enjoyed it. The guide I think his name was Mark did a nice job telling us Easter related facts about chocolate in London & Faberge eggs in the royal museum I wanted o say that there was a particularly annoying family sat near us & right by the guide with children who kept saying they were bored to their mom, even tho they weren’t even trying to listen to what the guide was saying & how the guide didn’t get cross with them I do not know as you’d need the patience of a saint,! The woman said something nasty to the guide on the way off the bus which I thought was completely uncalled for, so I made a point of loudly saying how much Id enjoyed it, as indeed had the whole bus it & got a scowl back fr her for my troubles but I think it was weight good to do so & wanted hi that it was so not boring & so completely fun

Bad experience, inconsiderate driver, bus overcrowded - What can I say?... Boat trip was good, a bit of a wait, but not too much. Good host, giving plenty of information as we past various places of interest. Then we picked the blue line for Tootbus.... that, again was a good wait, 20 minutes, and when it arrived it was a 'free for all' to get on the bus. No consideration that there were too many people on the bus. The whole point is that you get to sit down, ideally on the upper deck, and enjoy the sights along the way. Instead, we stood for most of our journey, seeing very little and definitely not enjoying the ride. To inflict injury to insult, the driver thought he was driving a tractor pulling a truck full of potatoes, not tourists that paid a pretty penny for the privilege of being mistreated by a bored and impatient driver. It may be one of the many times he drove the route, but for most people on the bus is their first experience! And it happened to be a bad experience. In fact, instead of finishing the route and join up with another route, we decided to cut it short and take the train home. Well done Mr Driver...! You really sold the ride. He should be fired. Maybe we were unlucky, but we certainly didn't feel it being value for money.

Not a very efficent way to sightsee London due to traffic - We did the blue route and even then only partially as the loop simply takes too long. As state on the web site the complete circle takes about 3hr 15 min. Given the traffic I suspect it took longer. Booted off one bus and asked to join the next one as it was so delayed that they wanted to skip the Paddington stop, where we needed to get off. If you only want to sit on the bus for 4 hours and just see the sights it might float your boat. But if you want to get off and spend any sort of time at one or more of the locations, this is an extremely inefficient way of sightseeing in London. Realistically, a museum visit takes at least 2 hours, lunch about an hour and suddenly there is 6-7 hrs gone just doing one hop off/on. Agree with another comment that the audio is dated (mention of the Queen) and rather lame. Very little information about the point of interest, some unrelated stories and a lot of elevator music in between points of interest. The commentary seemed to be aimed at 12 year olds. The staff however seemed pleasant enough, despite the traffic issues and the heat.

I suggest avoiding the bus - The buses were so packed that people were standing up, upstairs. Does that sound comfortable? You're sitting there trying to take in the sites and someone's bad is hitting you in the head repeatedly. They have either oversold the tickets or the route is massively underserviced. The only reason for the 2 star review is because the boat was good, we enjoyed it, the staff on the boat was friendly. The staff on the boat receives 5 stars. but the bulk to the trip is in the bus and that was the reason for the

Complete waste of time and money - Horrible experience. I purchased the 48 hour pass with the optional river cruise. I could only take 2 hours on the blue route before getting off the bus and walking back to my hotel. I saw more attractions walking back to my hotel than I did on the bus route. The bus traveled very little in the two hours that I was on it. At every stop, the bus stood idle for 10-15 minutes as a company representative tried to sell tickets to passers by. The operators cared more about soliciting new customers than they did about the individuals who already purchased tickets and were seated on the bus. I sat on the lower deck of the bus as it was windy and cold the day I elected to go on the bus. Noxious fumes from the bus were unbearable on the lower deck, making it difficult to breathe. This was a complete waste of time and money. You will see much more of London by roaming around the city on foot.

Terrible - Shocking experience from start to finish. We bought ticket then when payment went through the Sales person told us there was a protest on so some roads closed. We made it to St Paul's from Waterloo. Then we waited 45 mins before getting another bus at the stop. Hopped off Piccadilly then back on different route Then kicked us off at Victoria and I mean everyone on bus! Driver decided it was home time and it was 6.30pm. Had to walk back to hotel. Don't waste your money! Use another company

Waiting for over an hour at stop 43. - We have been waiting for over an hour at stop 43. Several of your clients are upset too. Your competitor, goldentours, had 5 buses come and go. This is deceptive behavior and a terrible company- there is an old lady and young kids here. This is extremely bad!!!!! I am also going to complain with the hotelt to take your fliers from the lobby so other guests don’t get scammed by you

Terrible experience! - Terrible! The bus tok detour around the scenery so you did not see the attractions. The information on the speaker system was crap and did not work on some of the buses. The bus was very late or did not arrive as estimated on the app and we spent so much time waiting for the bus. Some of the drivers were rude. I will never use this company ever again and would not recommend it.
