• Shree Narayani Dham Temple - Sri Narayani Dham is a spiritual site situated in the Dhankawadi area of Lonavala. This temple, dedicated to Goddess Narayani, is a renowned sightseeing destination in Lonavala.
  Constructed in 2002, the temple is a stunning white marble edifice. The primary deity is Ma Narayani, and the main shrine is flanked by shrines dedicated to Ganapathi, Hanuman, and other Hindu deities. The deities are adorned with sparkling jewelry. The entrance features a four-story structure, and fountains line the pathway from the entrance to the temple.
• Lion’s Point - Lion’s Point is a scenic viewpoint located between Bhushi Dam and Aamby Valley in Lonavala. It is a popular spot for visitors and a must-see location in Lonavala.
  The view from Lion’s Point is breathtaking and expansive. During the monsoon season, one can see numerous small waterfalls, verdant hills, and lakes. The sunrise and sunset views are captivating. The wind is quite strong here, and it’s thrilling to watch adventurous individuals approach the edge for that perfect “living-on-the-edge” photo. The drive to the point is equally picturesque.

• Bhushi Dam - Bhushi Dam is a masonry dam on the Indrayani River in Lonavala, Maharashtra. It is one of the top tourist attractions in Lonavala and a popular weekend retreat from Pune and Mumbai. The dam is set against the backdrop of scenic hills between Lonavala and INS Shivaji.
  Built in the late 1860s for the Great Indian Peninsular Railway as a water source for steam engines, water from the dam was transported to Lonavala, Khandala, and the railway’s reversing station via cast-iron pipes.
  During the rainy season, when Bhushi Dam overflows, water cascades over a series of steps and accessible rocky terrain, creating a fun environment that attracts crowds on weekends and holidays. A nearby waterfall forms when water rushes through the dam during monsoon months. Swimming is prohibited due to the unpredictable water flow during this time.
  The lake created by Bhushi Dam is also utilized for power generation by Tata Power.
• Bhaja Caves - The Bhaja Buddhist Caves are a collection of 22 rock-cut caves dating back to the 2nd century BC, located near the Mumbai-Pune expressway close to Pune, India. The caves are situated 400 feet above the village of Bhaja, along an ancient trade route from the Arabian Sea to the Deccan Plateau.
• Lohagad Fort - Lohagad is one of Maharashtra’s many hill forts. Located near the hill station of Lonavala and 52 km northwest of Pune, Lohagad stands at an elevation of 1,033 meters above sea level. The fort is linked to the nearby Visapur Fort by a small range.
