Guests must present a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and demonstrable adequate riding or driving skills are necessary.
Only the renter and authorized drivers can operate the rental Slingshot.
A $750.00 hold/deposit is required at check-in ($1000.00 for ages 25-29), refundable upon no vehicle damage.
State law mandates helmets for both operators and passengers.
Proof of full coverage insurance (Property and Liability) meeting state minimum limits is required.
$45.00 per hour charge for late returns, with a 30-minute grace period.
Rental includes 200 miles per day, with $.99 charged for each additional mile.
Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas.
In New Jersey, operating a Polaris Slingshot is classified as driving an autocycle, requiring no special license beyond a basic driver’s license.
