A show - Spectacular day. Mostar is a very beautiful city full of culture. The waterfalls were a pass and the guide, Carmen, very attentive to the whole group and very friendly too. We spent a very nice day with my partner. The border is worth weighing.

Amazing experience - Can not fault this trip. Carmen was an amazing tour guide and our bus driver was amazing too! So well organised from picking people up to dropping people back off. As the reviews say the border is the only downfall but there is nothing you can do about that ! The views were amazing, mostar friendly and the experience faultless. To top it off I came back with an engagement ring with the waterfalls being the perfect backdrop for this moment ❀

Lovely day out. - Great trip although a long day. Tour guide Carmen made the trip special with her friendliness, smiling face and her enthusiasm. Trip is made longer with the border control but absolutely nothing you can do about that. Our tour guide in Mostar was a really nice guy who is passionate and knowledgeable about his country. Just the right amount of time to do this and then go off on your own. Make sure you take currency as most places only accept cash but they do take euros. Kravice Waterfalls was beautiful and just the right amount of time there.

A superb day out! - We thoroughly enjoyed this trip yesterday even though it was a long day. We were looked after by our courier Carmen so well. She was tireless in looking after us and such good company. The visits to Mostar and the Kravice waterfalls were excellent with the right amount of time at each location. The downside of this trip are the border checks but there is probably nothing that could be done to speed this up. My only complaint on the day was of the bus driver constantly on his mobile phone for the first half hour of the trip. He should concentrate only on his driving which in spite of this was good.

Carman was great, long day but worth it - Carman was great! Really organised, experienced and friendly. The experience is a looooong one, 7am pick up and 7pm drop off. Waterfalls are beautiful, the water was cold but I managed to dangle my feet in for a short while. Mostar - I easily could have spent longer there. We had around 3hrs, which included a 45min tour which was thought provoking about war etc. we was warned several times about pick pocketers, so choose your travel bag well. It was tough to see women and their children begging for money too. But I would recommend the experience completely.

Great day with some starting logistics issues - We had an absolutely amazing time on our day trip to Mostar and Kravice falls. Anet was a great guide and provided very clear instructions. Our bus driver (can’t remember his name) was able to fix a mechanical issue that occurred when crossing the border. Our local tour guide in Mostar was also very knowledgeable and friendly, while also acknowledging our limited time. My main complaint is that we were picked up at the Pile gate at 6:40am and did not leave the Dubrovnik area until 8:10am. They had other drivers delivering people to different stops, so I would recommend starting later and having more people dropped off at the main starting area.
