Great way to get a taste of Florence and Pisa - The tour started with a pickup by Alberto outside our ship in Livorno where he took us to Florence for a driving tour and then dropped us off with our walking tour guide Francesca. Both were amazing and we ended up meeting up later to share an incredible lunch with the two of them before heading to Pisa and then back to the ship. It was a lot to put into one day but the best way to see everything you could in one day.

Great trip to Florance and Pisa Thanks Alberto - We traveled with 6 people, 3 couples, brothers and sister. Alberto was en excellent driver and had great insight to Florence and Pisa. He supplied us with a knowlegeable guide in Florence named Francesca. We stopped at a great leather store in the square where we were able to purchase gloves, pocketbooks and wallets. Alberto took us to a small quaint authentic Italian dinner that was prepared by Anna Marie. They also surprised my wife and I with an anniversary cake and Champaign at that dinner. After the dinner we were off to Pisa to see that amazing complex. Great tour, highly recommended.

Fabulous Experience in Florence - Luigi was fantastic! He was a great driver and tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Francesca also gave us a walking tour and she was equally fantastic! We were a family of 7 adults and a 20 mo old baby. They were patient and playful with her. Highly recommend them.

Pleasant and Relaxed - Our cruise line had no options left to visit Florence and Pisa by the time we booked our cruise, so I went on the hunt for a private tour. When I found this tour on Viator we were excited because it was private and less expensive than the options the cruise line had provided. That left some concern, but the minute we were picked up all concerns were alleviated. The driver, vehicle, and tour guides were great and very professional. We had a great time and had a much more personal touch to our tour with it being only our small group of 6, rather than 50 on a bus. I highly recommend this tour.

Good tour - Lorenzo our driver was exceptionally! He was very personable and gave some information about the surrounding area on our drive to Pisa and Florence. If you book this tour ask for Lorenzo as your driver! The walking tour for Florence was a bit rushed.

A Good Time - The tour guide was very accommodating. The car provided was superb and comfortable. The quality of the guides was exceptional. And the price is approximately the same as what the cruise ship was charging for a far more exclusive tour.

Enjoyed the sites but am used to other guide services that were much more organized - The locations were obviously the most memorable however our guide was not organized or prepared so the tour jumped around to such a degree that we did not get to see the inside of the cathedral.

For the price I just... - For the price I just wasn’t satisfied. They did pick us up from port, which was nice. However, they waited outside and all other tour guides were inside with a sign clearly stating who they were there for. Then drove to Florence and met with another guide. She was nice but the accent was so thick no one could understand her and I’m really good with accents. She did not walk as with a group but more like she was walking alone. It was not what was described in the tour. We then were given a brief time to eat and then were picked up and went to Pisa. We were dropped down the street and told to walk down road for one hour. We walked past things but were not able to see inside anything. No time to look or sit at all. We did about 6 miles of walking by end of day which was fine for us but for some it may be an issue. We were then picked up and dropped back at port. Overall, before booking again I will really do my research more.

Family cruise excursion but they arrived late - Booked this tour and paid in advance. Asked for a 730am pick up time. Tour operator told us they would try to arrive by 745am. We needed 3 vans for our family. Only 1 can was there at 745. The others didn’t arrive until 815. We went to Pisa but the place was starting to get crowded but the time all three cans arrived the place was packed. We were then taken to Florence where we met a guide. During our tour of Florence, the guide keep saying “if you guys weren’t late I would be able to show you more”. Disappointed we were treated poorly even though we weren’t the reason we were late.
