Wonderful customer service - Owen and his team were exceptionally professional and responsive -- made booking our airport transfers and game drive so easy. The drivers were prompt, very polite and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Owen himself was wonderful to deal with and even facilitated a last-minute request for a game drive, planning it just the night before we wanted to go. He sent one of his drivers the next morning to accept payment with a card machine, which was very much appreciated. I recommended Owen and his team to a friend who joined us later on our trip to Victoria Falls and would happily recommend them again! We hope to be able to use their wonderful services again.
