Amazing trip to Chobe NP - We went on this tour in June with our 9 year old daughter. William was a fantastic driver who provided informative details about the areas we drove through. Once we went through the border with Botswana we were handed over to Mateo as our Chobe guide. First our morning game drive exceeded expectations as we were treated to views of Elephants, Impala, Hippos and Giraffe followed by over a hundred buffalo crossing the river. We found 2 female Lions with 3 cubs, and then were extremely lucky to see a Leopard. After a lunch buffet we had an afternoon boat ride on the Chobe River where we got close up to Crocodile, Monitor Lizards, Hippos, Elephants and Buffalo. We were taken back to the border where William drove us back to our hotel. Extremely recommend this tour to anyone.

Overall good bang for my buck - We had a very organized tour with HSM travel. Prior to the tour, I was communicating with Howard via WhatsApp and he is very communicative. He was also able to confirm my booking and provide additional information. We were picked up by William for our tour and he was on time. William was very friendly and drove really well despite the bumpy road on the way to the Botswana border. He explained the route and also pointed out various villages along the way including local life of the Zambians. We very much appreciated his stories along the way. He also helped us go through the border to cross Botswana including the customs and immigrations office where you get stamped out of Zambia and stamped into Botswana. After that, he handed us off to our tour operator in Botswana to do our game drive at Chobe. The game drive in Chobe was good. It was different from South Africa where we had just come from as it is more focused on the water safari which I liked. The land safari was so-so but it’s not the tour operator’s fault but we did manage to see a pride of lions napping. We picked up people along the way which I didn’t expect and the vehicle was pretty full. I prefer a private because and my advise to HSM is maybe offer the guests if they’d like to upgrade to a private vehicle or upgrade to a more luxury experience for the boat safaris. The boat safari was good as well. Both land and boat safari were handled by Bushtracks Botswana. However, I wished there was an option to upgrade because we saw some better boats when we were on the boat safari and wished we could have been on those as well. Regardless, the game drive and boat safari were still fun. The boat safari was full and there was maybe 15 people there so just be mindful of that if you prefer a private safari. Lunch was ok as it was in one of the resorts and it seems like all the tours to there for lunch. The food was ok and I can’t complain because the overall experience was positive. After the day, we were dropped off back to the border where we met William again. He helped us at immigrations again and drove us back carefully to our hotel. Overall positive experience but a couple of recommendations to go above and beyond for future guests: have some cold water to offer to the guests, maybe some canned coffee or energy drinks in the morning drive, play music in the car since the drive is pretty long, and offer guests if they’re interested in upgrading their experience. Overall, I recommend HSM tours. Make sure you always tip your operators because they work really hard to make your day worth it.

A Most Wonderful Day - An amazing fun packed day. Would highly recommend. Our guide was very knowledgeable and considerate to all the passengers’ needs. Would suit any age. Seeing so many animals is such a joy. Do go!

Outstanding Game Drive and Boat Tour - This tour was an incredible experience. Our guides were very knowledgeable and we were so lucky to see so many animals during the day. Everything from pick up to drop off was so well organized. Shout out to William, Joe, and Dave for finding my phone and returning it speedy fast. What a miracle!

Chobe safari experience in one day! - This Chobe day trip with HSM Adventures was the highlight of our Zambia stay! The game drive was filled with elephants, buffalo, and lions, and the river cruise was pure magic. Everything was well-coordinated, including the border transfer from Livingstone to Botswana. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a true Chobe safari experience in one day!

The agency is good I recommend them 100% - My experience was amazing. I enjoy chobe I was traveling alone and I did feel safe. I recommend them they are responsible and respectful. The driver pick me up and took me to the border where I meet the staff for chobe . The driver was responsible and respectful. I like this agency and I recommend them if you are in Zambia. I did different tours with them and I like it.

A fun day on the land and the water - The tour starts with a pick up from Avani hotel, and we proceeded to the border at Botswana. The immigration process was smoothly arranged by the personnel there. We then meet up with the rest of the group and started our 3 hour game drive in Chobe National Park. Mataeo was our guide and he was very informative. We saw lion, lots of elephants, impalas, mongoose, baboons and many more animals. We then proceed for buffet lunch and followed by a cruise by the river. Over here we get to witness hippos, kingfishers, elephants showering by the stream. We did the river cruise for 2 hours and we were send back to the border and to the hotel. Overall it was great arrangement packed with lots of fun and I would recommend you to try this!

Chobe day wonderfull - Chobe day was amazing. I really enjoyed, even I went in low season I saw many elephants, hipos, monkeys, so on. They made effort to find animals especially lions. Stuff really nice and friendly and the food was delicious. I should do again in dry season that is best time to see animals. However I really enjoyed every moment. They are really helpfull answer your questions everytime. If you have a single entry visa you should pay agaib in the border 10 dollars only, but make sure you have change. Otherwise it will take tame to come back.
