Inside the flower greenhouse it is nostalgic, light and attractively decorated. Here we can drink coffee and tea and enjoy all the beautiful flowers around you. - Keukenhof Castle - Of course Keukenhof Castle cannot be missed. We cycle past the castle garden to see it in all its glory. The Keukenhof castle is located on the edge of the beautiful Keukenhof forest. This forest was the ‘kitchen garden’ for Teylingen Castle in the 15th century.
- Lisse - The tulip and flower fields of Lisse are surely the largest and most beautiful sights in Lisse. During the cycle route, the guide ensures that the flower fields can be seen in their full glory. A different field is in bloom every week. Of course the guide knows which field this is and she will ensure that you will not miss this splendor of flowers.

Keukenhof - Every spring more than 7 million flower bulbs are in bloom with 800 different varieties of tulips. A unique and unforgettable experience. In addition to the more than 32 hectares of flowers, you can enjoy spectacular flower shows, surprising inspiration gardens, unique artworks and great events!
The Keukenhof can visit itself or after the cycle tour itself.

During this 2.5-hour tour we cycle past beautiful flower fields. The experienced local guide will tell you about the history of Keukenhof and other sights in Lisse. This guided tour is the only tour in Lisse with a local guide. You will not miss a thing about the vast blooming flower fields. You will enjoy the beautiful show garden with various tulips, hyacinths and daffodils in a beautiful tulip farm. You can combine this tour with a visit to the Keukenhof or one of the other sights in the bulb region. The tour is accompanied by 2 guides, so you can ask any questions you may have. Please note: Children’s bicycles are not available. The tour is for people aged 12 and over. However, there are LIMITED child seats available ON REQUEST. Take child seats (1 to 6 years, €15 cash on location). Please make a reservation via [email protected]. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour!

- Please note that during high season there is an additional travel time of 45 to 60 minutes with the Keukenhof Bus. Public transport is more likely to be advised.
- Not recommended for people with mental or physical disabilities
- You must be able to ride a bicycle. If you cannot cycle, you cannot participate in the tour. No refund will be made.
- Unfortunately, children aged 6 to 12 cannot ride along. No children’s bicycles available.

From Amsterdam CS take the train to Schiphol and then bus 361. Get off at the stop "MEER EN DUIN".
Keukenhof bus stops at Keukenhof. Please note that it is about a 20 minutes walk to the meeting point.

Book this! 100% worth it! - The people who run this are just lovely! We LOVED our tour and would do it again! We rode though a charming town on the way to the tulip fields that we loved. We were in the last weekend of Kekenhof and missed a lot of the tulips, but it was still worth it and I would do it again!

Up close and personal with the tulips! - Great way to see the tulip fields. There was about 16 people in our tour group. The guides took us through Lisse and through the tulip fields. While Keukenhof Gardens is beautiful. A bike tour through the actual tulip fields was very interesting as well as beautiful and we learned that it isn't about the flowers at all but about the bulbs. Definitely include a bike tour if you go to see the tulips. Actually as a side note, stay in Lisse, Netherlands versus Amsterdam. The experience is so much better because you are right there.

A different way to view the tulips! - After an incredible day of tulip viewing at Keukenhof gardens in Lisse, Netherlands, I wasn't so sure I made the best decision to book a bike tour, but I was wrong. The tour was wonderful. The guides were fantastic, the bikes were good quality and the scenery was spectacular. Our guide was born and raised in Lisse and was able to tell us all about tulip gardening and show us the best of the best tulip fields! Highly recommend. The only problem we had was difficulty finding the meeting spot. Also, anticipate the entire experience to be crowded. I mean, the whole world wants to see the tulips, and they only bloom for a couple weeks, so expect crowds, traffic and delays. But, it is absolutely worth it!

Hyacinth Heaven! - We loved our tour among the tulip and hyacinth fields in Lisse. Due to a very cold, rainy day, we opted for the Range Rover tour rather than cycling. Joost was a fantastic guide. His knowledge of the area and the tulip industry was remarkable. Thank you for a very memorable day!

Amazing Tour!! - We had such a great tour with this group and would recommend to anyone visiting! So much more fun than just touring the flower fields :) This was an interactive and our tour guide could not have been more knowledge or kinder!! A Wonderful Excursion - Our guided bike tour was a fun adventure and our guides, Nynke and Sandra, were lovely and engaging. I wasn’t sure that my young adult sons would appreciate visiting Keukenhof, and this proved to be a great alternative. The owner, Ingrid, was very accommodating about switching our tour date as one of our group wasn’t feeling well on our originally scheduled date.
The bike ride was peaceful and we saw (and smelled!) so many beautiful flowers, in addition to learning about the town. The bikes are in great condition and made for easy riding, even for someone like myself who hasn’t ridden a bike in many years! I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Bike tour of the Tulips fields - The guides were super friendly, informative about the tulips and other flowers, and funny. Our teen daughters loved the experience and the little toddler loved the little seat on the bike. We would do it again. Highly recommend!!
