Amazing Experience - My daughter and I did the Guided Alpaca Trekking Experience stopping for a Luxury Picnic on the way. The trek was fabulous, the Alpaca's were so cute, talking away to each other as we walked. A lot of thought has gone into the layout, the scenery was impeccable and very well layed out. Thank you

A great day out with the alpacas. - Our guide Laura was very good at pairing us up with the right Alpaca. She had a good knowledge of the alpacas and their ways. We had an enjoyable first experience of trekking with alpacas. The stop at the coffee trailer was refreshing and relaxing.

Alpaca trek - Had a great day yesterday doing the Alpaca trek. Fabulous location for a 90 minute walk including a coffee break along the way. The Alpacas were a joy to be with, very calm and with their own individual personalities. The accompanying guides were very friendly and full of information. Highly recommended this trip for everyone, singles, families and couples alike.

Alpacas in the rain - We had a fantastic time. The alpacas are so cute and soft. Even though it rained it didn’t spoil our walk. Damian was delightful giving us lots of information about the alpacas.

Alpaca fun. - My grandson, daughter, husband & myself had a wonderful visit yesterday. Damien took us to meet the alpacas & talk about them. We picked out the ones we wanted to take for a walk. There's a great gravel path partly through woodland & alongside a stream. The scenery was lovely. 3/4 of the way round we were able to stop for coffee & take the opportunity to feed the alpacas. They are such sweet animals. We'll definitely be back with our other grandchildren in the summer. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Great experience for families - What a wonderful experience- we were greeted at our car by a friendly ranger and escorted to the alpaca pen. We learned a bit about them all then got to pick which ones we wanted to walk (hard choice as all beautiful) we then went on a trail (good underfoot the whole way and little fairy doors to spot too- my 8 year old son loved this) we stopped at about the 3/4 point for a barista coffee and then ambled back with the alpacas. My son really enjoyed feeding them a treat at the little coffee stop and duck watching as the adults finished their coffees. Great trip out - would definitely recommend

Fantastic! - I decided to book this when I saw Ballyburren advertised on Facebook. Once I found the car park, it all just flowed. My kids had picked out the alpaca that they wanted to walk and they were lucky enough to have their request granted. Damien was very helpful and I enjoyed listening to the story behind Ballyburren. It’s clear how much work and dedication has gone into it. I live quite a busy life and I really enjoyed the peace and tranquility and coffee! We were lucky with the weather. I could have stayed all day.

A special enjoyable afternoon walking with the Alpacas. - My granddaughter from London and myself had a wonderful experience trekking with the alpacas. It was a very special time especially as we had the privilege of Damien as our guide. Of course Mocha and Americano were the stars of the afternoon. The hot chocolate and tray bakes were delicious when we stopped at the coffee trailer. Well worth the amount paid.

What a place! - What can I say about this place absolutely brilliant. The staff were great especially Aisling. She was so friendly with myself and my 8 year old. The walk itself was absolutely beautiful. The wee coffee cart was great addition. We had such a great time and got some classic photos. Thank you will definitely be back and recommend to all. Definitely a must!!!
