Our surf lessons are not only safe but also enjoyable, inclusive of warm-ups, theory, and practical application. Depending on the sea conditions and your proficiency level, we’ll select the perfect beach to surf (either Guincho or Carcavelos) and structure a safe, fun surf lesson involving warm-ups, theoretical instruction, and practical training. We guide you to the ideal waves!
Our coaching sessions typically span about 2 hours, based on your preference. We allocate time for you to practice and improve wave after wave, offering assistance and feedback!

If you are coming from Lisbon, head to Cais do Sodré and take a beautiful train ride along the ocean.
we decide were the waves are better only one or two before(when we can see the forecast):
if Guincho beach,exit in Cascais, uber or bus to guincho
if Carcavelos beach,exit at carcavelos station.

What a great ride - Perfect first Surf lesson for me and my daughter (8 y.). It was a great experience and our teacher Junior did a wonderful job and kept as safe and taught us everything important. Booking and contact in advance was super easy and fast replies always via Whatsapp.
I can recommend it a 💯% and we thank André and his Team with teacher Junior for this great wave experience. Whenever back in Lisabon we would book right away again with Salty Souls Surf School.

Stormy ocean - lots of fun - Loved it! Despite challenging wave conditions, the best day out in the water! Great coaches that give you thumbs up every time you look back at them in the water when you made it on your board to the beach, lots of fun, highly recommend.

Awesome beginner surfer experience - Had a great first time surfing experience with Salty Souls. Communication for organizing the lesson was super fast and hassle free, so easy on WhatsApp. Juninho was an awesome teacher thanks so much I’ll be back for my next lesson soon!

Surf lessons in Cascais - André and his team were amazing! My boys had a couple of lessons and just loved them. Gustavo, their coach, was very nice to them, gave them confidence and was always attentive to ensure safety. We will be back! Thank you Salty Souls.

Surfing lesson - I had a great experience with Salty Souls on my first ever surfing lesson! The instructor was friendly and professional so I would highly recommend. He even dropped me off in town afterwards!
