Great views - This offers some fantastic views of the city! Also in the castle grounds, there are a lot of peacocks which were so cute! I would recommend doing the self guided tour so that you can move around the ground at your own pace!

Castle of Saint George - The castle was very interesting along with the museum within it. It also has several peacocks roaming free around within the castle.The views were amazing. Be aware though it is at the top of a hill and it is a climb to get to it.

Nice historical tour great view - Don't go there without tickets, get them online to skip the queue as it can be huge. Great tour over the walls, amazing views, don't forget to go to the dark room which has an amazing focals system to have a 360 view of the city (good weather). A pity the archaeological area was closed though

Impressive Castle - Very interesting castle, well maintained.
A great view of the city from all areas of the platform.
There weren't many commentary signs around the castle and more information would've been nice to provide context to what we were seeing.
Spent a few hours here, recommend good footwear with a grip as there are a lot of uneven stone walkways & steps.

Poor service at Castilo da Sao George - Very disappointed the ticket counter at the Castle would not accept our ViaTour voucher. We had to pay an additional entrance fee to access the castle after a long walk up to the park. I believe the personnel at the Castle need to be trained to accept such vouchers from touring groups or the tour should be taken off the ViaTour website.
Thankfully ViaTour has indicated a refund is in process.

bad phone service - The phones are useless, 2 of them do not work and are out of service, they do not respond to emails and it is as if the property only existed in photos, maybe fake.

Misleading - This was very misleading as it’s advertised as an E-ticket, it seems to imply entry. However, it does not include the entry ticket so we had to purchase that separately upon arrival to the castle.

Waste of my time and my money! Is a NO go! - Save your money and time . This place is not worth it your time or your money. Some walls and nothing else. Get few beers instead and you’ll be happier.
