• Lisbon - Embark on a full-day tour to the Setúbal Wine Region, where you will explore some of the area’s premier wine cellars and savor exquisite wines and other local products. You have the option to visit and explore three distinct wineries, with the chance to sample their unique wine varietals. Alternatively, you can choose to visit two wineries and enjoy a complete lunch at a quaint family-owned restaurant in one of the villages.
• Jose Maria de Fonseca - At the world-famous wine cellars of José Maria da Fonseca, you will delve into the winery’s rich history, dating back to 1834, and taste some of its exceptional wines. This is one of Portugal’s oldest family-owned cellars, currently in its 7th generation. This winery is a staple in our day’s itinerary.
• Quinta do Alcube - Another highlight is Quinta de Alcube, a family-owned wine cellar with over a century of history (since 1913). During your visit to this charming traditional winery, you can sample their wine selection and learn more about the “agricultural side” of winemaking.
• Casa Agrícola Assis Lobo, Lda - This small family-owned winery, located in one of the villages, is another potential stop on our tour. It is the smallest in the region, offering a unique perspective on the evolution of winemaking practices.
• Casa Mae da Rota de Vinhos - Each of Portugal’s 14 wine regions has a regional “Mother House.” Here, all 24 wineries of the Setúbal region are represented in one location. You will have the opportunity to see and taste the diverse offerings from different wineries, showcasing their unique terroirs, styles, and types.
• Palmela - If you opt for a tour that includes a full lunch (appetizers, main course (fish or meat), dessert, and beverage (wine or other)), it will be served in a cozy traditional family-owned restaurant in the village of Palmela.

• At time of booking, clients must provide their hotel/Airbnb name/address
• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide their ship name, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
• Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
