Lovely way to enjoy wine and the countryside - Such a wonderful break from the business of Lisbon. The family winery was wonderful, the restaurant for lunch (get the chickpea stew), and the traditional tile factory for authentic tiles. Ask for Helena; she’s the best!

Fabulous Day Trip to Evora - We had a fabulous day touring the Evorian countryside with our guide, Ricardo! We stopped at two very different wineries (Ervideira & Vinhos Calisto,) had a fabulous typical lunch in Mourao, Adega Velha, walked the town of Monsaraz and made a quick stop in Evora to see the Roman Temple to Diana. Our tour guide was fun & knowledgable! Definitely a day we'll remember forever! Thank you, Ricardo!

Through this tour, we learned even more about why we so much enjoyed traveling in Portugal. - Our guide, Nonu, was excellent. He had put together a good itinerary for the day, and he was very knowledgeable about Portugal's fascinating history as he drove us to the various sites we visited. He provided good options of places of interest that we were able to visit, and the two winery tours he set up were so enjoyable.

One of the best highlights of our trip! - What a great trip! If you have the chance to get to Alentejo we highly recommend this tour. We visited two wineries plus the UNESCO village of Evora with Nuno on a wonderful private tour. At the second winery we were having such a good time that we ended up with more tastings than originally slated. Plus Nuno took us to a cork factory, not on our original itinerary, and he bought us wine to take with us. And talk about kindness: it was raining when we got back to Lisbon. He took us to our hotel so we could drop off the wine and then drove us to our dinner reservation.

Evora and Alentejo wines - I loved this trip so much as well as my friends! Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. We loved Alentejo wine, they are outstanding, just as we heard. We also liked to see all the wineries and the incredible chapels along the tour, é specially the chapel of bones! We are going to recommend to all our friends

Great wine tour and local landmarks - What a great day of wine tasting, scenic area and history. Pedro was an excellent guide. Not only did he take us to some great wineries for tastings. Also took us to the historical center in Evora and took us around to see the sights. The bonus on top was visiting the cork factory to see our cork is taken from the trees and made into amazing things other than wine bottle stoppers. Great tour highly recommend if you like wine and history.

Best day in Portugal! Évora is a beautiful city - We are wine lovers, so we wanted to taste Alentejo wines. They are exquisite! We also loved the cheese, of course. This was the best day in Portugal, Evora is a beautiful city full of history, we really liked to see the chapels and we found the chapel of bones amazing. Our tour guide Antonio is an amazing and funny person! We highly recommend!

Evora history and wine experience - This was an amazing trip! We love to see Evora which is a wonderful city. It is full of history and the chapel off bones is really intriguing and spectacular! Historic location, coupled with two wine tastings - The history of the area described in the local Evora museum gave us a better perspective of the region and the many tribes that once swept over it in conquest. Worth 2 hours. We skipped the church and the shops to have more time.
