Great experience - Bruno was great. He patiently waited for us as the airline lost a piece of my wife's luggage and took a while to locate it. He also gave us some great tips for our trip.

The Lisbon Airport Transfer is a wonderful service! - We flew into Lisbon from the USA and knew that we would be tired upon arrival. We booked the Private Arrival Transfer from the airport to our Airbnb in the center of the medieval section of Lisbon. We did not want to have to wheel our luggage on the cobblestone streets while hunting for our Airbnb if we had used public transportation. This service allowed us to find our driver easily at the airport and be transported directly to our Airbnb. It made our trip easy and truthfully the cost was probably less than a taxi would have cost. We recommend this service without hesitation!

Not so good - Driver was 45minutes late. As I had no phone service, another driver graciously called the company twice to check on his whereabouts. When he arrived, he did not get out of his car to find us. We had to walk quite a distance to locate him. He got lost, and then told me that I gave him the wrong address. This was an unsettling experience for our first time in Lisboa.

Your driver did not show... - Your driver did not show up. Paid $25 to porter to hold our things for 45 min and finally took a cab. Never showed up in Prague to take us to airport. Scary! Used you for many years in many countries. Too bad. I’m done. Please send the refund.
