Wonderful!! - What a delightful, charming host! My dinner with Zé included a discussion of the herb garden in his backyard, the artwork on the wall, multi-cultural friends, the theater and the world in general. I’m people oriented.
HOWEVER, I love great food, too, and dinner was superb. I selected the dining through Portugal experience. Zé called me in advance to ask about food allergies and dislikes. Dinner was planned around that including a dish that contained one of my “dislikes!!” I asked for a second helping of that dish. He’s a talented magician at countering your palate’s expectations.
I’ve personally referred dining without Zé to friends and family. I’m happy to share it her with the world.
