This planned visit takes us to the northern region of Portugal, into the city of Porto via the Ponte do Infante. Your memorable entry to the city is marked by the panoramic view from the bridge and the city itself, which is hailed as undefeated.
Guided by seasoned experts, we will explore the major highlights of Porto such as the Cathedral, Torre dos Clérigo, São Bento Station, and the São Francisco Church. Enjoy a stroll through the Ribeira, a sight to behold with its vibrant colors and granite buildings, lining the banks of the Douro River.
As an optional activity, you could embark on a scenic boat ride spanning the river, giving you a detailed perspective of the whole city of Porto on one side, and city of Vila Nova Gaia on the other.
Before making our way back to Lisbon, we suggest a detour for a Port wine-cellar visit, where you’ll taste one of Portugal’s most renowned wines.

a great day - Luis was a ton of fun on this long day to Porto and back. He kept us engaged on the long drive with a few stops for points of interest. Porto itself was much better than I originally expected, and would have liked to do a few days there in the future.
Be sure to check out the Church of Saint Francis, its awe inspiring

Great day in Porto! - This tour is definitely not one to miss especially if you only have one day in Porto! Luis was an amazing tour guide and driver. We saw and learned so much in the time we were there! If only we had more time to take it all in. There were 4 of us (my husband, 11 year old son, mil and myself). We also took his recommendation on food as we wanted to try some things that were specific to the Porto side, which was very tasty! Seeing the Duoro River and everything it surrounding was amazing. The Porto side has a different feel from the Lisbon side for sure. Luis does other tours too, so definitely check out his other options!

Thanks for making it a great day, Luis! - We had a fantastic day with Luis visiting Porto. He provided a lot of information as we drove the three hours each way, and stopped at a great café for breakfast on the way there, and typical piglet dinner on the way back.
He was very accommodating of our group who has members with limited physical mobility. He adjusted the itinerary, and drove directly up to the site so that some of our members did not have to get out and walk but were still able to see the sites to the best of their ability.
I highly recommend this tour, and Luis the guide, and we will plan for more time in Porto on our next visit to Portugal.

Nothing close to what was expected. - We booked a tour that was just a car service. I would not recommend this tour. It was a private tour yet we had another couple and our cost was over $750 US dollars. I now know to do a little more research on certain tours. Thank goodness Porto is such a beautiful city.

Tour To Porto, Portugal - Our tour to Porto Portugal, was not exciting or will it be a memorable experience. It was nothing more than transportation to Porto, Portal. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
