Departing from our Food studio, in Belém, we travel in a private car, always along the riverfront.
When arrive at the market, we give a special emphasis on fish and seafood, without forgetting the quality and freshness of the vegetables. You have complete freedom to choose the menu and its ingredients.
We are entitled to a short break for a drink and taste some local delicacies.
On the returning to the food studio, the chef will explain all about traditional and/or modern recipes, where you will be the main cook.

The historic Mercado da Ribeira, which will be our shopping stop, served as the primary market of Lisbon city. Standing tall with its magnificent 19th-century iron architecture, it houses the finest selection of fish, meat, and vegetables from the region.
The Lisboa Food Studio, set for our cooking activity, is nested within a grand 17th-century palace. It holds remnants of a 20th-century industrial foundation, currently under transformation into a center for creativity.
