R. da Praia 29 - The transport is made directly from the center of Lisbon to the beach where the surf lesson takes place. Depending on the traffic this trip takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
Arriving at the beach, we start the activity and prepare all the equipment, put on the surf clothes and go down to the beach.
We begin with a theoretical explanation of surfing, sea conditions and safety. We do the warm-up, starting the sport practice.
Following the warm-up, we begin the surfing technique, where I will explain all the steps necessary to start surfing, such as lying down, paddling and getting up on the board and sliding on the waves so that you can catch many waves and have the best surfing experience! Fun is guaranteed!
For more advanced students we will work on improving their technique and also learn new maneuvers, improve your surfing and have fun above all else. At sea I will always be by your side to accompany and help you!

As a local wave rider, I’ve been offering professional surf lessons since 2016. I hold an academic degree in Surf and Performance, a Level I Surf Instructing Certificate from the University of Lusófona, and a Level II Surf Coach Certificate from the National Surfing Federation.
