Perfect amount of walking, history and food. - We went on Anna's awesome tour and food guide whilst visiting Lisbon on a works trip. A great way to see the city and learn some of the history. We stopped for coffee and pastries, had a beer and then took a ferry to the other side of the river for a lovely tomatoe seafood rice lunch. Would recommend. It was not too much walking, it was a good amount of food, would recommend buying some pastries from the first stop was they were great!

Walking Tour with Food Tasting - Really enjoyed this walking tour with Guide 'Martin' who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took us to off the tourist paths to a quaint place for expresso and treat. Never would have found this place on our own. Then a stop for beer or wine on a rooftop restaurant which gave us the same views as the tourist elevator ride but No waiting and walking uphill. Then off to a ferry ride to Cachilas for a seafood rice which was soooo delicious. Martin gave us so much information on foods to try, and where to go to try them, information on other tours and must see sites. Wish I had done this tour on my 1st day. Would do it again..

Follow the tiles of Lisbon for a wonderful journey - Martin was our guide. His knowledge goes beyond that which you might find in a guidebook. We visited all of the key neighborhoods plus a few secret gems. We enjoyed food at places we would never have found and food we did not know existed - yum yum. This was our first Lisbon experience and perfect in every way. Some of my favorite tidbits of learning came from Martin. For instance, you will learn about the limestone tiles used for the walkways and why? Advice to myself: Bring a simple one page map of central Lisbon so I could mark the areas we visited and take some notes about each area we visited. I do not speak Portuguese and Martin (or any one else) pronounces the neighborhoods in Portuguese whereas I read them phonetically - I am from California. Small group tours are always the best - Thank you Martin
