Fantastic city tour with a bonus of great photos - Excellent time! Very knowledgeable, patient and knew tons of Lisbon history so we learned more about photo composition as well as had a lovely tour of the city.

Lisbon with a leading photographer - Had a great private photo tour in Lisbon with Miguel. He took me to some beautiful spots around the city and helped me with both the technical and seeing aspects of photography. Picked up a few tips from this leading photographer that I’ll be able to use in future. He also knew plenty about the history of Lisbon, both generally and at the specific places we visited. He knows the nooks and crannies around the city and ensured I came away with some great photos and memories of this fantastic area of Portugal.

Knowledgeable in both history and photography! - Miguel was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job teaching both the history of Lisbon, but also how to step-up your photography skills. His guidance was so helpful for a novice ‘photographer’ like myself - was a great introduction to the city of Lisbon for me! I recommend!

Great way to experience Lisbon through the eyes of a photographer! - Thanks for a great morning in Lisbon! I recommend everyone to book the early tour to avoid the crowds. We were lucky enough to have some rain before our tour which made for great mirror effects.

Great City and Great Photo Walking Tour - Lisbon Photo - This was my first visit to Lisbon and I wanted to select a photo walking tour as an introduction to the city of Lisbon, its history, and culture - as well as create some good photos. I did my on-line research and selected Lisbon Photo. Miguel Helfrich proposed a custom itinerary based on my photographic and cultural interests. It was a long, and rewarding "photography" day and a great way to learn about the wonderful city of Lisbon! I would definitely recommend Lisbon Photo and Miguel to anyone interested in exploring Lisbon via a photo walking tour!!!!

Fabulous photo tour with a wonderful guide - My friend and I had a wonderful photo tour with Miguel. He is prompt, charming, and incredibly knowledgeable about every beautiful vista and charming courtyard and interesting angle of the city. We never would have found so many beautiful sites without him, and he always had really interesting suggestions for great angles or approaches to different shots. We enjoyed our tour immensely - I cannot recommend this experience more highly.

A great day exploring Lisbon with Miguel - This was a great day wandering the streets of Lisbon. Miguel took us to some wonderful locations for photography, helped with settings and made some great suggestions for composition as well as other areas to explore. He was knowledgeable about the architecture and the history of the area.
I carry a camera but my wife only carries a cellphone and I was very impressed with how with his help, she was able to get some great images as well. The next time we are in town, we will be exploring more of the city with him.
I suggest you do the same.

BEST of the Rest! - I highly recommend Miguel and LISBON photo! The day we spent with Miguel was a highlight of our trip! Miguel was knowledgable about all aspects of photography and passionate about his home and the surrounding area. We were able to enjoy some incredible light in Sinatra, thanks to his timing of when to visit places. He organized the day in a way that maximized our time while keeping us shooting and learning. An added bonus was lunch at an outstanding Portuguese Resturant where we were the non-locals in the place! I would love to do another photo tour with Miguel!

A Thoroughly Enjoyable Walking Tour - Highly Recommended - Thoroughly enjoyed a walking photographic tour with Miguel from Lisbon Photo. Booked the morning tour as a trip from P&O cruise ship Iona while docked alongside in Lisbon. It was good to be taken around some of the back streets of the city to see different and unusual sights that perhaps you would not have seen on your own. A professional photographer happy to share tips and advice that I will certainly use in the future. The walking tour was the highlight of my cruise. Many thanks Miguel
