A different morning - We spent a great morning with our Portuguese chef (Felipe I think was his name). Went to a local market to buy the ingredientes we’d use for that day and then headed to the kitchen.
Installations were very good, all well prepared and we enjoyed learning how to cook some traditional dishes.
Definitely recommended
