They were there when I needed them - I was delayed and had to be bussed and walk miles to the baggage counter and drag all the luggage outside....I was fortunate to find my name on the board and find my driver....I was beat....so very appreciative.

Airport transfer - I had texted the company about our early arrival but no response from them. We had to wait for 40 minutes before anyone came to receive us. Driver was amazing and friendly.

Lisbon Airport cash machines by Arrivals hall. - Lisbon Airport Arrivals Cash machines. In the Arrivals Baggage Hall was a large cash machine...mostly dark blue in colour, and about 8 feet in height. ( 'Euronet' was the brand, according to my receipt. ) There was an identical machine just outside the Arrivals Hall, which I also avoided. So I went up the esclator to see if there were any 'Multibanco ' ATMS's, but I could only see another identical 8' high cash machine. I used the machine, and thankfully I did not request the highest amount of 500 Euros offered on the screen After it had accepted my pin number, I requested 60 Euros. A message appeared on the screen, stating a transaction fee of E3.95 - which I could decline or accept. I accepted, but I was charged a total of £62.34. My receipt shows the 'exchange rate £1=1.0258 Euros./ markup 13.95%' ( The bank rate that day was approximately £1=1.17 Euros. ) What to do in future? Answer = by the Metro ticket office is a 'Multibanco' ATM.

Piss poor! - Starting with the clerk that gave me the ticket, she was rude speaking to other people and ignoring me. The next was the person I checked with about which bus went where Rude did not provide the information. Next the driver was even worse. Terrible experience.
