A Perfect introduction to Lisbon - It was a great pleasure to spend time in Jorge's company. He brought the history of Lisbon to life and responded to our questions with an impressive depth of knowledge. We met up with him on the first morning of our visit and it prepared us to make the very best of the rest of our stay. The opportunity to ask someone with insider knowledge about where to go and what to see was invaluable.

Educational & entertaining! - Angelo is an exceptional tour guide. As a family of 4 (with 2 kids: 11 and 9), he tailored the tour for each one of us. Angelo shared great stories, interesting history and delicious local treats along the way. We highly recommend partnering with Angelo. He was informed, kind and flexible. What a memorable way to start our time in Lisbon!

Perfect jaunt around Lisbon - Yesterday we had an awesome tour with Carlos showing us around his home city of Lisbon. He's super nice, very knowledgeable and adapted the tour for what interested us the most. Probably the best tour we've ever had - just perfect. Thanks Carlos - we feel we know so much more about Lisbon now and you gave us some incredible tips for the next few days here. Thanks!!

Lisbon's Peaks and Valleys - We flew to Lisbon on an overnight flight from the US and arrived at our hotel at 9am. The best thing we did was to book a tour for that same morning to get onto the time zone and dive into the city, never having visited Lisbon. Sonia was the absolute best! We met her before noon for our first look at Lisbon and enjoyed the next three hours exploring the literal peaks and valleys of Lisbon. Native-born Sonia gave us all the details we needed, showing us the highlights of the city, treating us to ginjinha and one version of the pastel de nata. We visited a number of churches along our route, each one distinct in its design. And she gave us some food recommendations that were perfect (ask her about Anthony Bourdain's favorite bifanas and the restaurant on top of the department store). Her tour teed up a bunch of ideas for the next three days of our visit. The hills were a surprise (you can read all about the comparisons to other cities, but until you experience it...). But Sonia's sense of humor and expertise powered us through. Great tour by a great guide!

Photography tour - My husband and his film friends took the tour of Lisbon and Pedro showed them the cinematic vistas of the city as well as the not so well known older areas. He truly is the Stewart of this great city. In addition to walking away with photos and video, they also made a new friend.

3 friends in Lisbon - We had a fantastic evening filled with photo opportunities we would never have found on our own. Pedro was so friendly and helpful and fun to spend time with. If we're lucky enough to return to Lisbon we will be seeking him out again!!

Isabel walk with locals Lisbon - Isabel was lovely - very informed and enthusiastic about her home city. It was a very rich 3 hours with a focus on the 1974 revolution and its enduring impact on Lisboans. We covered a lot of ground at the beginning of our 1 week trip to the city which gave us a terrific general overview from which to start our deeper dive. So grateful to have met her - and her recommendation of Two Arches for dinner was spot on. Thanks Isabel!

Do not make a group booking - Do not make a group booking. They cannot communicate with the local guides. They make you pay for groups of 8, but the guide can only take a max of 8. I booked for 34 and we were left with no tour, as the guide didn't have equipment for large group. I still have not got a refund
