Fado tour with Helena - Great way to see and learn about Fado and Lisbon.Fascinating stories about different neighborhoods in Lisbon and about the history of Fado. Helena did a great job,l. She was very knowledgeable and personable. . The small bites and treats along the way were better than the food at the Fado.

Raquel and the three F’s - Amazing tour, very insightful with a lot of similarities to the birth of a lot of popular music in the United States. Food was exceptional and the Fado at the end was phenomenal! My advice, bring your walking shoes and make sure to ask for Raquel! She made every step worth it. Great way to celebrate my birthday.

Evening history and Fado tour - Met the very knowledgeable and friendly Roquel at designated time and place before commencing 2hr walk thru the Alfama district where she gave a history of fado, the people, art, food and if Lisbon itself. We tried the cherry liqueur in choc cup (yum), sardine on bread like a tapas before taking in the sights. We then parted after she'd arranged my booking at a Fado house for a memorable show and delicious meal.

Very Disappointing! - We signed up for this tour because we heard that Devour tours have a good reputation and also because it was supposed to be different than a normal Fado tour. We were supppsed to have 9 tastings and then see a Fado show. Instead we stopped at 2 places - one for sardines ( which was fine) and one for Ginja liquer in a chocolate cup. After that we went to a Fado restaurant where we were given a choice of three entrees for dinner Two in our party chose the steak which was solid gristle and inedible. The place was also very very warm. This was not at all what was advertised for this tour! We were very unhappy! I reached out to the company and have gotten no response!!!!
